Credit has to go to the coach for holding this team together. I have said what i think of Monroe, many times so i don't have to repeat it.

Based on Harbaugh's statement regarding Monroe, there was a sense of resignation in his tone. So, he was basically telling him to start playing with his nicks and bruises like other players if he really wants to.

 

Now, he is getting another MRI and you know as well as I do, you can get your shoulder MRI'ed at 2-3 places and one will certainly diagnose you with a degenerative shoulder condition! Bravo Mr. Monroe, Bravo!

 

Now, Gillmore on the other hand is a player that loves football and isn't afraid to play through injuries! If I were Monroe, I would take a small paragraph out of Gillmore's book and live it.

 

I know I am being harsh on Monroe, but without a serious injury reported in the last couple of years on him, and the fact that he has missed a total of 12-14 games out of a possible 28 gives me cause to be harsh because it is clear that his missed games have been either small sprains, bruises or something to that effect...

Wonder if the Ravens concluded that the artificial turf has contributed to this spate of injuries, and that is why they are converting to natural grass. Wonder if the NFL will mandate it for all outdoor fields. I've never seen an injury list like this.

we better get some tight ends. I am extremely disappointed in Boyle but you have to look at it from his perspective I guess. Young guy, not expected to make it, given a shot and maybe he felt he had to do something to be good enough. Just a shame. Sometimes I just think it is in these guys heads and they need some counseling more than banned substances. With Williams in and out, Gillmore in and out and Boyle now, heck, we have to wonder where Supernaw is these days. Wonder if Shannon Sharpe or Todd Heap will come back for a few games or maybe Ozzie could suit up. Just kidding. Sometimes you have to laugh so you don't cry.

Boyle, yes disappointed. Hope he learns a valuable lesson here. Joe it is obvious how much this team needs you still. Get well very soon. I was blasted for this before, but Monroe is almost worthless as a penny with a hole in it. Hope the Ravens can move on him after the season.
