Week 13 Discussion (Other NFL Teams)

473 posts in this topic

I see Matt Ryan did his team in again today. From 5-0 to 6-6. Ouch.

Falcons fans want to blame playcalling for their offensive woes. While they may be partially right, I could care less. I remember Falcons fans saying Flacco was trash when in fact our offensive playcalling was so predictable. So I don't want to hear it from them.

Whoa, what happened in Eagles/Pats? Last I saw the Cheats were up 14-0.

Well it's been awhile since the Eagles are up 21-14.

Not only did we have bad playcalling, but we didn't have weapons like Julio or Roddy either. How do you have Julio Jones and not be great? Even Dalton makes the most of Green (in the regular season).

All these years Falcons fans have said that all Matt Ryan needs is a top 10 run game and a top 10 defense. Well, he has both, and...

Eagles, you are making me so happy!

The Ryan>Flacco days are why the Falcons losing always pleases me.

I'm still upset we didn't go full court press to sign Woodson after losing Reed. I know it was a longshot with how badly Woodson wanted to go back to Oakland, but I think the defending champs could have persuaded him.

In hindsight he would've been great here, such a leader and baller. However I don't think any executive in the league thought he had so much game left in him, Woodson is killing it this year.

Is Brady allowed to stand there at that angle? I thought your shoulders had to be parralell to the line of scrimmage?

INTERCEPTION!

Eagles have kick 6 and pick 6

If only someone managed to hit br*dy on that trick play, INT would have felt even better.

Lmao.. Pats gonna lose.

I seem to recall another team that had a 28-14 lead on the Pats in Foxborough that didn't win. Game isn't over.

Way too early to predict that. You probably just jinxed it now.

Exactly, I really want to change over but I'm scared to leave this Chargers game (even though that's petering out in a pretty big way) because I know the Patriots will turn it on if I start watching that game.

Exactly! All Flacco needs are adequate weapons. Weapons with some sort of competence. We've seen it in the Super Bowl run and last season, to an extent.

Matt Ryan was lucky to even win a playoff game.

Brady is sure elevating his playmakers on offense. Lol.

Got that right!

And coincidentally, it was another bird team too. I wonder who that could be.
