Just the confidence these young guys need next year. I really wish that we were more consistent at moving the ball though.. Winning by a touchdown when you scored a punt return earlier in the game doesn't make me comfortable... Good game by the organization and hopefully young guys like Urban and the rest of the defensive line build off this success.

Man, I was actually concerned for Ravens fans in attendance last night.  After seeing some of the videos of the reaction of the Browns fans, I was like it may get ugly for Ravens fans after the game.

Well, at least this time, the controversy goes our way.

Not really Ravens would be second in the draft now their at 8th. Its their evil plan all along.

This game would not have been close if the SECONDARY did their job and caught some balls. The secondary is the weakest link on this team AGAIN, PERIOD.

I stand corrected.

Your comment here reflects why I always respect your posts. Of course, no two people are going to agree with each other Every time, but even in the instances when we might not be in total agreement, I always respect your opinions, jacket. I've always found you to be a sensible and informed fan.

It IS amazing how many times players in our secondary, and sometimes linebackers as well, have not been able to make catches on passes that should have been Easy interceptions. And, I agree, that the secondary is not what we would like, but our pass rush doesn't seem to be much to write home about either. Frankly, I don't know Which is weaker, the secondary or the pass rush. And the lack of an affective pass rush definitely will affect how well the secondary does. Give NFL QBs enough time, and No secondary will be able to cover receivers indefinitely. The two go hand in hand.

This was hands down the best ending to a football game in recent memory.

I feel we gave ESPN it's money's worth...the announcers were all happy at end going over the surprise play replay, understandably so as many said this would be a zzzzzz game. Not when we play!

I don't know if it is just me, but I actually thought I could get through the rest of the season with no pressure and just see each game through...... I couldn't be more wrong! After last night, I am getting just as stressed as any other game, doesn't matter one bit that half our main star starters are out for the rest of the year..... In reality, I also know we most likely will still end up with a losing record, but I can't help cheering on these games, particularly these young players and rookies on our team trying to fit in for the future !! :)

So true! To this day I still watch the Denver/Balitimore playoffs game Jacoby Jones catch Flacco launched 49 seconds in regular play...sucked the air out of mile high...gives me a smile every time.

Offsides, out of bounds !!!

Anybody remember the end of the Jags game.

Clearer each week that NFL has to reinvent the way the game is officiated.

Monday morning releases doesnt cut it. Use the digital age and the miracle of near instant communication to get it right during the game, not the next day.

We really have to admire our Ravens. After everything we have gone through this season, close losses and INJURIES. Our Ravens will not go quietly into the night. Even though Matt Schaub scares the crap out of me, I believe the Ravens will be still be dangerous for the Seahawks,Chiefs,Steelers and Bengals as they fight for their playoff spots. The Dolphins are next and I see three wins in a row for us. 9-7 is still a reality. Ravens; continue shocking the football world like you did to Cleveland. Fight On!!!!

Win or Lose.....The most exciting team in football...The Baltimore Ravens.....And boy does matt schaub and joe flacco look like the exact same qb......so i don't think there will be a drop off in qb play At All.......

They do look and play identically right? As far as I could tell, both are very good QBs and we are lucky not to have any drop off in QB play for the rest of the season. Both are mistake prone, but don't let their mistakes affect their next play. In fact, I thought Schaub was very accurate when he found his receivers both on intermediate and deep balls.

It is kind of fun watching all of these young guys fighting for an NFL career, here or elsewhere. It's almost like watching a college team and rooting for guys to make positive impression on somone, scouts, etc. We definitely are one of the most exciting teams in the league, look at yesterday's game and look at the Pitt. game, most of them anyways vs. Pitt. Now if only we could separate from other teams. It's almost like we're not a going away (in points) kind of team. We're great at catching up, but not going away with the games, unfortunately. We need to work on that!

You can bet that there are a lot of people in Denver who still remember that play very well too.  Except, I doubt if it brings back smiles for them.  Tee Hee!

Yeah it was an unreal moment! I remember running around my house yelling when that happened! Also, Tucker had the highest kick rate that year. It was such a great game!

I think I noticed just a few differences, needless to say.

So proud of the Ravens for fighting to the end. One would not be surprised to see a 3-7 team just go through the motions during a relatively easy FG by the opponent for the win. Just shows what an amazing group of guys we have.......at that starts with the HC. To instill a willingness to win when you're 3-7 is a testament to Harbs!!
