Nice to see they are seeing what Brown's got along with the other WR's like Butler. His size is intriguing.

 

At the very least, no matter what happens, at least I won't have to see that die hard group of fans commenting on every WR related article possible about how great he is based on 2 plays in the last pre-season game against 3rd team players...

Finally, a lot of us fans getting the chance to see what Daniel Brown can do on the 53-man roster...... Just hope he is activated and can get some snaps.....

It's important to give some of these unproven, lower tier players a shot, especially in our circumstances. The fact that Daniel played against the pre-season backups doesn't diminish the fact that Daniel may just have what it takes to be a solid receiver. Will never know til the Ravens get him on the field. So many excellent, under the radar players throughout the league have excelled and won stating roles unexpectedly when given their opportunity. Hope Daniel Brown is 1 of them.

Question... Does anyone know why the Depth Chart hasn't been updated yet??? Shout out to D Brown...happy for the kid... really good on Special Teams... still rather raw as a WR hope he uses the opportunity to secure his spot...

Perhaps a WR named Brown who actually can get some separation.

The more sure of players we currently have now, the less trouble it will be in the offseason. D Brown should do some damage with Givens and all 3 of our TE's back. Running game should hopefully be a little more solid with Buck and West.

I was talking to a few fans just the other day about that subject and T. West. Getting drafted/traded away from the Browns to the Titans, who then cut him loose. Not a good career start, when those two teams gave up on him. Hopefully, that all changes now that he's "back home". Hope he gets to play tonight and plays well.
