They are saying that the play CJ was hurt on had ed reed trying to rip his head off or something. They are prolly just angry and trying to place their anger somewhere. I didn't think it was a dirty play. I just think that ed was trying to stop CJ from getting the first down. I don't think he would intentionally try to hurt anyone.

Thoughts?

Ed Reed isn't dirty. I understand calling some of our other guys dirty on D *ahem* Suggs. But Reed plays within the realm of the game. During that play, Reed was just trying to stop forward progression.

The play was not whistled dead, so why would Reed in the heat of the moment, try to stop what he's doing.

He wouldn't go down so Reed had to take care of him. Let them whine about it, who cares what they think.

Chris Johnson scares me for some reason, not just because of the way he plays, he just sorta looks like death to me.

was anyone else getting tired of them flashing to CJ on the sidelines after EVERY play in the second half? I could tell you every detail about that ugly dude's face.

On a side note:

Did anyone see Suggs again on that one play where the play was done, and it looked like he was getting a little extra contact in there while they were on the ground. He needs to stop that.

That extra elbow against Miami last week, after the play was whistled dead. He sort of did the same thing this week, but it wasn't as blatant.

That's what I'm saying. He gives me the willies. I hated when they kept showing him. But he is a big reason why the Titans lost this game as well. He was making some big plays against us in the first half. I think he had 77 rushing yards and 100 total yards just in the first half.

I rewatched that game. He didn't throw an elbow, he just agressively pushed Ronnie Browns arm away. As far as this week i will have to rewatch the game. Kinda hard to see everything that happens with all the emotion that is tied into the game.

Just remember these are the same people who had a thread that someone needs to hit Ed Reed in the mouth during the game or someone needed to break Ray Lewis legs. They did alot of talking about having Ravens players hurt during the game, and now they cry about this. Ed Reed did nothing on purpose. He was stopping foward progress. it is not his fault CJ spinned when someone else had his legs. Granted he was in a bad position and results could have been bad however no one did anything dirty or intentional.
We are not the ones who were talking about dirty play.

After this game I have a deep hatred for the Titans. They are a TEAM of dirty players. They are bigger crybabys then the Steelers.. Everytime a flag was throw they tried to blame it on us when it was so obvious that it was them.. I dont really care what Titans fans have to say.. they got lucky last time with pentaltys.

Paybacks a b****

I'll tell you what. I think the Titans are going to hate us more than any team in the league. Well besides Indy. That's twice in the playoffs we've come away with a win. We take their players (not always against their will). Their hate for us is growing.

My ranking of team's fans that hate us the most:
1) Steelers
2) Browns
3) Titans
4) Bengals

Who cares what the fans say, we can say it wasn't dirty but only Ed Reed knows. I think it wasn't dirty so it doesn't bother me, they just want to make themselves feel better about losing.

If we are talking about the play where Ed bent the players back backwards. It was in fact a scary moment. I think it was in fact as others have said in the heat of the moment. No way do I think for a second Ed was doing ANYTHING other than trying to stop forward progress.
Either way thankfully the player came out un harmed.

Whatever they are just mad because their running back is soft. If 260 pounds of LeRon McClain can come back and play on a sprained ankle, so could Chris Johnson. He just didnt want to.

It seems to me that alot of titans fans are trying to call the ravens out on being dirty players. Specifically on the play where Chris Johnson was being gang tackled by many ravens. Now how can Titans fans (and game time announcers) say that was a dirty play by the Ravens when we were obviously trying to stop him from getting forward progress and a first down...oh and if my memory is any good..

DIDN"T YOUR PRECIOUS ALBERT HAYNESWORTH STOMP ON SOMEONES FACE WITH HIS CLEATS ON!!

So to all the titans fans who say the ravens are a dirty team i have two words for them

Quiet Time

I think they had 3 personal fouls in the FIRST QUARTER.
