There are way too many holes on this team- that's what happens when you draft badly and pick up over the hill FAs. I wish this wasn't the case, but he truth hurts

Scrolling down and finding the story of the Ravens security guard who made it out of his burning house alive with his son, but lost his wife and daughter really makes you think about what is really important in life. I can't imagine what he and his son are going though. My heart hurts for them and they will definitely be in my prayers. May God bless Mr. James and his son and grant them comfort during this difficult time.

"Then I've got plays I've got to send the league office where their players are hitting us in the mouth after plays with fists."

That sounds kinda ineffective - even counter-effective - when the targets have their helmets with the face mask on - which comes pretty standard while they are on the field...

Monroe can't stay on the field and when he Is playing, he's Very soft. He's been a Huge disappointment and Definitely is Not the answer. Hurst does not seem to be a viable alternative. It seems quite clear that protecting Joe's blindside much more effectively is one of our top needs. As for the Rams, it is simply a dirty football team. Fisher and his DC have a reputation and it won't go away with his team playing the way it does. If the Ravens were the Only team saying so, he might have an argument. But, that simply isn't the case. After what his DC did in New Orleans, why in the world would Fisher ever hire him if he wanted to have a reputation as a clean play endorsing coach? Fisher and Williams deserve each other. They are of the same mold.

Jeff Fisher acting like he is shocked and offended that his team has a reputation for playing dirty? Even NFL Network commentators all concur that the Rams play dirty. Fisher lost all respect in my eyes for also leaving his concussed QB on the field. No way he or his coaches didn't notice. Fisher is the 1 who needs a mirror.

"it might not be the best news for the Ravens either. That’s because McCown lit up Baltimore in Week 5 by throwing for a whopping 457 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions. He led Cleveland to a 33-30 overtime win."

The past is the past in the NFL (too). By that logic, Keenum should have also been our downfall last Sunday, as he pretty much sunk our ship last season in Houston... and look what happened three days ago...

(That said, with all the injuries we have, who the Browns QB is seems pretty insignificant at this point...)

"the Ravens will have to at least consider taking a tackle if a top one is available when they’re on the clock."

LOL, the way things look now, EVERYBODY will still be on the board when we are on the clock :D

(Which would be great IMHO - it would at least put something real positive into having a terrible season.)

The Rams style of play is dirty and we obviously have all seen it. Also, Monroe is as brittle as it gets. He gets hurt at least every other game. Hurst as his backup is even worse, but I hope we don't dedicate a first round pick on a T. I think there are much more valuable picks in the top 10 that can contribute quickly. Just look how long recent early tackles have taken to develop. Greg Robinson and Fisher anyway haven't really blossomed well, but their teams were desperate.

Agree. Especially the duo of Fisher and Gregg Williams, nobody is shocked by the allegations. Even though Fisher sounds surprised, believe that he probably has been expecting the criticisms.

Fisher has been a jerk his entire career. I'll never forget his shot at Billick on their jumboscreen. Does anyone really care what he has to say?

Fisher brought this on himself. His teams have always had the rep of being dirty. Anyone remember Cortland Finnegan?

I got sick to my stomach reading that.  So sad.

Both coaches are blowing smoke. The punter did NOT hit Will Hill "dead in the back" (late maybe but not in the back). My old high school football coach in Texas would be more upset that I got blocked by a punter - really Hill, a Punter? C'mon man. Head on a swivel. Special teams 101.

That's part of the problem, the Ravens were the team that hit hard, the bully of the grid-iron. Teams knew it was going to be a tough, physical battle on the field against us. Now, we're left with soft players crying about getting blocked by the punter and complaining about bad calls by the refs.

Fischer is a tool - he should worry more about the health of his own quarterback. The league should fine him for letting Keenum continue to play when he obviously had an issue.

The situations you're comparing are apples and oranges. When Keenum beat us it wasn't because of anything he did.It because of what JJ Watt and that defense did. When McCown beat us it was a direct result of his play.Case Keenum is a young QB with very little playing experience.Josh McCown on the other hand is a smart experienced vet whose been in the league for over a decade. Those are two totally different QB's and two totally different situations.

Fisher looked mad on the sidelines the whole game...like "this was personal". It's football...so Fisher, it's professional. Keep trying to realize that so you can instill that in your team.

Calling Will Hill soft, really.  You can say what you want about the hit and hide behind the comments section but call Hill soft to his face.  Will Hill is anything but soft.  Hill didn't say anything about the hit, the coach did.  You keep saying soft players making comments but none of those comments came from players.  You talk alot of soft for someone sitting on their butt on Sunday, using this forum to call these players soft.

Jeff Fisher and the Rams are coming out with this defensive finger pointing game, when the Ravens never complained about the Rams being dirty. They complained about the officiating and a missed penalty on a play. Fisher is a scumbag. No one cares about the Rams. A "solid" season for the Rams looks the season the Ravens are currently having. Just jealous that he never got it done in Tennessee.

I don't think any football player is soft lol. Soft and NFL just two terms that DONT mix lol. So, rethink that soft notion. Anyone who's soft doesn't make pro. And contrarily, anyone who's out there on the field is tough as nails to even be playing getting banged up week after week.

In the total scheme of things, neither team is able to toot it's horn too loud this season if you know what I mean. Kinda like the pot calling the kettle black. The larger picture involves the sloppy officiating where the same penalty is called sometimes and not another when both are obvious. And blowing/not blowing the whistle when they should. Refs are blowing calls everywhere this season. Never seen so many reversed decisions after review. Goofy.
