What does this win do for us?

I'm trying to deciper that. 

 

Let's see.. we made the playoffs in 2009 at 9-7... but that team also looked a lot better than this one does.

 

It seems like these young receivers and backs are coming into their own and the lack of veteran leadership is forcing them to play like veterans and it seems like they are, more and more after every game. Especially Gillmore and Aiken.

 

Can't say enough about how excited I am for Gillmore and Aiken going forward! 

 

 

So is any win from here on out just for improvement towards next season? Is it improving us? 

 

Or is getting another star out of the draft still more important..

 

I don't think that this team is as many pieces away as others may think. Just a team with unfortunate injuries and late game dramatics. If it comes to getting an irrelevant draft pick that's not gonna help us I'd rather us trade up and get that Bosa or Ramsey that we're all praying for.
