Rams vent thread- good, bad, really bad.

I don't care what our record is- reading all the post game transcripts and seeing the pressers I absolutely love this team. We got a good bunch of guys yall. We have been extremely fortunate to have Flacco healthy as long as he was- now all you Flacco haters are going to get a taste of life without him- and you will see that yes it can get much much worse. We may win next Monday- but I don't expect any wins after that. I still will be rooting for them regardless.

I love this because there are a ton of Flacco doubters out there and now we will see what it is like without him.  We do have a ton of great guys on this team and its unfortunate that two of the humblest and nicest guys on our team had to suffer serious injuries yesterday.  I cannot wait to see how hard these guys play against the Browns!

We go into the game yesterday with little to play for but pride. Knowing the Rams were cheap shot artists and right away we see JF fall with a broken arm.

After that i saw our defense show pride and a toughness i have not seen thus far this year. I know we had a lot of penalties but we could not and should not allow a team to come into our home and man handle us and we did not. Our defense stepped up and and dealt them blow for blow and i am very proud of them.

They played with tenacity, toughness and showed the league they may be young but will not be walked on and for that i am so very proud to be a Ravens fan.

Thank You to each and every player on our team, Flacco included for showing the entire league we may be down but we still are a handful when you come into our house.

How on earth have the Rams won four football games?

Really awful football to watch.

Good- Mosley,Brandon Williams,Jernigan

Bad-Flacco's performance

Ugly-penalties,injury to forsett,Joe

Ugly game by two bad teams. If I weren't a fan of either team, no way I watch it.

Why does Harbs insult everyone   ? The Ravens seem to be the ameture talent guys, not me ?

Lets see how this clown does without Joe.

So, they sign an injured player in the first round, are too cowardly to admit it, and now insult the fan base, constantly.

Todd Gurley, the best defensive line in the NFL, and the ability of their defense to get turnovers. If they had something resembling good QB play, they would be a real threat.

I'd say a line is something they need more. They can mask a decent QB if they can establish the run with the defense but that line gives them no shot.

Don't think Wagner allowed a single pressure yesterday

I think he's finally getting confidence back after his injury. Early in the season his footwork was really slow, probably due to his injury. I think he's getting it back together now.

Well, I mean, he's sort of right.

As one of the fans and seeing what other fans say and think on a daily basis, you really can't argue that he is incorrect at this point.

At some point in time, fans falsely developed this idea that financially supporting a team makes them above criticism from the team, which is of course illogical. For the most part, any time I see players, coaches, etc. calling out the media and the fans for any of the numerous instances where they show just how little they know about the game, I generally support it 100%.

People need to understand what their place is, and specifically, fans need to understand what their role is.

Still no one for Upshaw... One of our few bright spots yesterday. And Hurst played solid besides ending Flacco day. Doom has to chill with these penalties though. And Daryl Smith looked like his time might be up soon

I'm all about the positives and hunting the good stuff but I can't really justify talking up Upshaw at this moment. I can't speak for others but he's been a major disappointment since he was drafted. One game isn't going to get me all excited about him.

Great job, Upshaw. You got a fumble and a sack.

Amen to that!!!

The Rams were spearing big time.  Refs were even more awful yesterday.  If the NFL doesn't fix that, they're gonna start losing fans.  Calls were completely one sided.  Saw a facemask, a horsecollar, and God knows how many other calls go without flags...  The jokes were flying in the gamethread about them because they were not wearing purple.  But the leading with the helmet thing...  Fisher needs to get a grip on that stuff.  But then again, don't think he and Greg Williams will... or care.

Congrats to our guys for standing in there and making it happen.

The Justin and Joe thing really sucks....

PFF gave him like a +4.6 grade overall. I thought he played really solid run defense and as a pass rusher. He's been showing more as a pass rusher these past two weeks. Probably really focused on it over the bye

That's great but again, where's this been for three years? He looked horrible in some games this year, too. Maybe Jacksonville and the Rams have bad OL? How do those OL compare throughout the league?

Shout out to the defense for holding Gurley in check. Played pretty well outside of the DPI and the broken coverage. I also loved the fact that we were able to recover their fumbles too. Seemed like we haven't done that in like forever.

Not sure which is funnier - how Justin Tucker was so feeling himself OR how the writers and fans (forum contributors) were constantly praising him.

Somewhere, someone has on their purple shades and is refusing to eat their slice of Humble Pie given their state of delusion

I'll go with the bolded statement. I don't know what's his deal.

It was dissapointing to see Chris Givens only catch 2 of his 7 passes. They tried to feed him... Back Allen looked like a young Forte though

Givens really let me down. Had a feeling he wasn't gonna do much this game though. He was trying too hard.

I really enjoyed harbs presser today. For everything that's went wrong this year he still carries himself very well. Fortunate to have him as our coach.

What a beast Brandon Williams is. He's excellent. For as much criticism as Ozzie gets, he picked some real knockout players recently.
