I agree. Looking at the game vs the Rams a couple of  things stand out. On offense, there are too many drive killing penalties. They are often in 3rd and long because of a penalty. Also, Flacco is missing throws and becoming a check down QB. Four times on 3rd down he looking at a guy not beyond the sticks. Defense just lack talent

Looks like Ed Reed's Lock Room Speech wasn't as good as Ray Lewis's speech- this team needs a lot more than a speech- our drafts have been terrible for the past five years- the team started to get bad last year and has continued to get worse this year. Just because a person has done well a long time ago doesn't mean that that person should have a job for life- that doesn't carry over to my white collar job. If I stunk for the past one year, I would've been fired a long time ago- if I stunk for the for the past five years, then I'd be homeless at this point. Scott McLoughlan with his first draft has produced a lot of winners this year, and he doesn't have the biggest scouting department that the Ravens have. He even took a 4th round WR in Jamison Crowder, and he's been really good- goes to show you, that there is talent there- you just know how to identify it.

This is the worst baiscally 300 yard game by a qb we've probably ever witnessed.

But Jeremey Butler has been quietly good, and our defense hasn't had been as bad as usual.

I wasn't joking a few days ago when I mentioned a few players to put on IR to prevent them from getting really injured - among them Forsett and Flacco. This year we can't win even when we win. Best of luck to all injured players for a complete recovery and a better season next year.
