You're correct. In 2013 the Steelers finished ahead of us in the division on tiebreakers but still picked before us because they had an easier SoS.

It annoyed me so much how one tiebreaker gave them second in the division over us, but another gave them a higher draft pick.

My frustration faded when they took Shazier, but still.

So we have Buck, Raheem, and West at RBs...Buck is pretty good.. but Ray Rice as a backup?? We got nothing to lose

No, no, no, just never again.  Put a fork in it, it's done.

Dreading the probable sweep; when the heck was the last time Cleveland did that to the Ravens? Either way, I can't predict us to win another game this year. Things were bad enough with our starting QB and RB - I shudder thinking about the rest of the games.

Forget sweeping us, when was the last time the Browns swept anyone?

People really need to stop focusing on the #1 pick. Ravens aren't gonna back down and purposefully lose. And even if we get a #1 pick there is no guaranteed in them. I hope Schaub and the rest of this banged up offense comes out and tries their hardest. At least make it exciting.

My only hope for this game is that no other star players get hurt. Manziel can throw 5 TD's, do a back-flip, and juggle at the same time against us, and I wouldn't care as long as we actually get through a game without an injury

The Browns haven't swept anyone since 2007, when they knocked us off twice under the guidance of Derek Anderson and Jamal Lewis.

Interestingly enough, the game in Baltimore that year went to OT, which the Browns won 33-30.

I don't know about you guys but I didn't want to win one game more since the Foxborough in our SB run.

Yeah, I know everyone wants the high draft pick (and picking in the top three would be a huge consolation prize), but this week I want the draft pick to go out the window and I want us to win this one emphatically. As dreadful as this season has been, getting swept by the Browns would probably be the low point.

I'm torn between wanting a top pick and not wanting to get embarrassed by losing to Johnny Foosball.

I'll just let the Ravens' play on the field make the choice for me. Whatever happens, happens.

Yeah, it's a tough one. Looking at the schedules I put up in the other thread, if we win that could all but bury our hopes of a top-three pick. But like I say, getting swept by the Browns with Johnny Autograph at the helm? I don't even want to think about that.

For me it's not about Browns and certainly not about top draft pick. It's about our boys and what they've been through this season, regardless of how bad they played in some of the games. They showed lot of fight vs Rams when most other teams would just lay down and die. I don't ever want to see the Ravens team do that.

If Harbaugh can get what's left of this team to actually show up and play, he deserves Coach of the Year. I have to think the team is just crushed at this point.

Here's what I want to see.

I want to see Schaub play well enough to earn an invitation back this summer. We will need some sort of quality QB as a contingency plan if Flacco isn't ready to start next season.

I think we win this with Schaub starting, and Forsett out.

i think we probably win as well with Manzeil at the helm. But I don expect any wins after that. Maybe Miami.

I think we have a decent chance against Miami. Seattle is horrible on the road, but you never know with them, they're the most bipolar team lol. Chiefs game will probably be close, although they have looked very sharp as of late. Schaub will probably struggle against their D. I expect a typical Steelers game week 16. And week 17, the Bengals may be resting starters. If not, it's hard to see a win.

I expect no wins with Matt Schaub. Not a knock on Schuab either but if Joe couldn't keep this team aflout , Schuab def. Can't.

Prediction:

Manziel sucks more than Schaub, giving us the win somehow. Tucker kicks enough Field Goals, we get lucky and Schaub throws a TD and not a Pick 6. Something tells me we win, just don't know how.

So - I'm guessing we all saw this one coming when the season started eh?  Johnny Football vs. Matt Schaub.  Yeesh.

I could see Matt Schaub lighting it up though - the Browns offensively have had their moments and Manziel has been alright overall but the Browns defense is absolute garbage this season and couldn't stop a retirement home community football team from putting up 30+ points.  They're baaaaaaaaaaaad.

If the Cleveland Browns can't beat us at home on a Monday night when we have Matt Schaub starting for us at QB on one week of preparation, this laughable secondary and Flacco,Forsett,Suggs and Steve Smith all on I.R.,I'll lose what little respect I have for that organization.

They are pretty bad, but....we are ranked 24th in pass def.....and they are ranked 26th.....I can see us getting lit up aswell. Pass happy game for sure

lose. get the highest pick possible.

this team has no shot at anything so why make life harder in the offseason?

Shouldn't be too hard to lose this one. We couldn't beat them at home with Flacco and Forsett and I don't care about the sweep. I want a high draft pick.

It would be just like this team to starting winning some meaningless games. Harbs will be "Look! Isn't this what you wanted?!"

While lose our shot at a top 10 pick.

LOL that would be funny and sad at the same time - some bizarre 48-45 final score or something near that.  Of course the Browns have the 48.  :D
