Another Trestman play call short of the end zone .

Really . People should not wonder why he was fired in Chicago .

Throw it in the end zone damnit !

Losing Forests hurts us even more...

Breaks my heart to lose Forsett, as a player and a great human being who is a good influence on all these young guys

So since the D stopped them does that mean he can stay....

No because now the CBs will play 10 yards off and we will let the Rams score and lose. Calling it now

Not really. I mean considering that the chiefs and jags are the only ones to do that in that manner in recent memory is not exactly the surefire decision like you implied. Can we just admit signing him was a mistake ? Or are we just going to keep lying that even given the information at the time it was bad ?

You asked why he was traded and I provided you the reason.

And as to why they signed him- how many left tackles had Flacco gone through? Did you really want Oher or McKinnie to keep protecting him? He got traded here and played as a top 10 LT, one of the most important positions on the field. Ask yourself what the alternative plan is before suggesting it was a bad deal.

And those are the only two teams you actually remember. And consider the Ravens did the exact same thing, essentially. They had Oher and brought in someone who they believed could be a longterm replacement

Anyone here think Trestman will be back next year ?

Yes... He's not the reason why Forsett, SSR, Perriman, pretty much the whole oline at some point have been hurt.

I kind've feel bad for Flacco.
