Week 11 - Baltimore Ravens vs. St. Louis Rams

That's unsurprising.

Monroe plays more often than Dennis Pitta, but he isn't exactly one of Baltimore's ironmen.

Monroe sucks I argued with half the board about signing this guy to that 5 year deal. Now it looks like I'm right. Why would Jacksonville let go of a stud LT please remind me again of any team that would let a young stud LT go for a middle round pick.. I'll wait for a intelligent response.

If Case Keenum throws the ball enough times eventually it ends up in the receivers hands and they score a td.  Mathmatical probability never lies.

They don't need the ball to end up in their hands. He can just toss it up and wait for the flags.

Gotta cut out of here ... my feed is behind and these posts are spoilers. I prefer getting upset with our performance in real time.

So Asa Jackson commits 2 fouls in a game, neither of which directly cost us the game and he gets canned.

Flacco thorws 2 INT-s, which directly cost us the game and he doesn't even get a bad look from Harbaugh.

That's why I've been saying he's a biased head coach whose policies don't apply to all players. He has been lucky to have great defenses carrying his team, but Harbaugh in his own as a HC = 0.

I think you're onto something here...Harbaugh is biased towards his franchise QB and not his 4th-5th CB. For him to still be employed despite the gross favoritism must mean Ozzie is biased towards Harbaugh, and the 17th ranked defense that carried us to a SB. For Ozzie to still be employed despite that, Biscotti must be biased towards Ozzie. Brilliant! I think you just uncovered a conspiracy! Good job!

hot takes

Comparing a super bowl MVP QB to a CB who can't stay on a roster

LOL, right?  Remember, to a couple people here everything going on right now in this game and this season is directly Joe Flacco's fault.

It feels like the Ravens have just decided they don't care anymore ... they're going to allow their frustration to just take over and they're going to commit personal foul penalties on every other play.

Well even if they didn't do that they would be penalized because the refs feel like it.

Our offense is is not good right now.

BUT.

I also feel like the refs are calling us on crap that the Rams are getting away with. And we'd possibly be up a score or two if not for that. We get flagged on BS interference, they don't get flagged on blatant. They've also facemasked a dozen times and no call.

the offense is just a joke

You can tell that just by looking at the roster... Don't need a game to see that

Why is everyone so surprised? Blind hope? Lol quite hilarious I must say

It is a struggle this year to watch this team. Not sure if Trestman is a good fit for Joe. Now for Joe, he needs to work on accuracy. But 3rd down play calling has been very suspect all season

If they are not going to provide flacco with weapons next year please trade him. He does alot of stupid mistakes, but look at the trash he has to play with. Dude always has different OC and never has had a star WR.

Jacksonville just drafted Luke Joeckel number two overall and Monroe was in a contract year. Given the likelihood that he'd walk away from that dumpster fire and due to a young LT in the wings, Jacksonville wanted to get something in return, so they did.

Intelligent enough?

Stadium alcohol sales are probably at an all-time high.

I don't drink but if I were at the game I would seriously have to reconsider just to make it through the 4th quarter

I want to see the plethora of excuses after this game.

There won't be excuses. We'll just have the same parade of comments how "we have to do better", "this or that play was on me", "gotta be more disciplined".

The only thing I can think of is that it was the Jags. They aren't exactly known for knowing what they're doing and until recently, Baltimore was.
