Perhaps this message is to try and instill confidence in the players, so that they think they aren't as bad as they appear to be. I'm not sure that's really the message that needs to be sent.

uhm every team the league has said it cost them the game the following week has been the most penalized now thats 2 times for us and a few other teams as well Goodell needs to fire some refs
