Steve Biscotti where art thou?

Hey Mr. Bisciotti where are you? Our Baltimore Ravens are on the precipice of a monumental implosion and we would love to hear from you as fans. I fully understand you are a hands off owner that allows the people you hire so ably, to do their jobs. But sir, they are doing a terrible job this season! Atrocious job in fact!

The coaching staff has lost control over the team just given the number of penalties the team has incurred in 2015. While you can blame bone headed turnovers to players like Joe Flacco and some receivers, this team is in disarray and needs your prompt attention. You must involve yourself in the goings on and stress the importance of wins! Ruffle some feathers, make some changes and give us all reason to be optimistic please. Nothing has gone right for our team since the start of preseason games. We lost 3 of 4 preseason games and have now lost 7 of 9 regular season games - our effective record is an abysmal 3-10!

Oh by the way, ever since John Harbaugh became HC the quality of draft picks has dropped of a cliff it seems like. Please dig into why that is so? Is it because we are so focused on drafting people with special teams love in lieu of really good players regardless of special teams ability or love? Is Mr. Harbaugh more involved in the personnel than he needs to be? God knows, he has plenty of help in the coaching department! Maybe you can ask him to confine his skills to coaching? Give Ozzie and Eric the freedom to rein in great players again like before!

Be careful in how you handle the contracts this off-season and make sure you don't ever give huge extensions to injury prone players or make some the richest players at their positions despite their sub-par play which has led us to this record. Be involved and make sure this ship is righted because right now sir, we are sinking like the Titanic!

He might be in Ohio talking with his new best friend, Joey Bosa. Lol

I like your attempt for Biscotti's attention, but he's doing his thang like chilling somewhere on the beach with Cuban cigars.....

He won't get involved until next year where I believe he will come down hard on the coaching management and FO....

My sense is that (thank goodness for us all) the man is not one prone to knee-jerk reactions. Careful assessment of the situation is followed by decisive action.

Also - just because we don't hear anything, doesn't mean he's not communicating behind closed doors.

I don't think you're going to hear a thing from him while games are still being played. Come the offseason, you will know what his feelings are.

The last thing they need is another Jerry Jones

I don't think it would do any harm if becomes more so involved in the decision making during the off season. Mandates for skilled players with a real skill set would seem to be prudent. Getting lackluster talent can only take you so far without corner stone players. Flacco, Doom, Smith sr and Suggs are all older players which can't be counted on to stay healthy and or lead.

Hoarding picks is a waste of time and roster spots. If he told Ozzie what he anticipates during the offseason, it should light a few bulbs in that cranium. Ozzie should have left when he/we were on top. Now it looks like he's another Peyton as he doesn't know when to quit. His under-study should be given the reins in this years draft. I'd let Ozzie handle the FA period. And even then Steve should vet his selections and cost effectiveness. If you count the draft picks within the last 6 years there's a bunch who didn't make the cut in anyone's book.

Biscotti knows good and well what is going on and what steps need to be taken.

You don't make it to where he is acting impulsivly making rash knee jerk reactions

He is a smart man who is a thinker.

I am not concerned .

I suspect that may indeed be the case.

I really don't believe that Steve Biscotti is in the very least bothered by the Ravens losing season.  Do you think he will lose money as a result of this horrible season?  Tickets have been sold, sponsors have been secured.  With a high draft choice & all the injured players coming back next season, the team will be much better.

Probably pondering how ridiculous it was to actually think that the current group of WRs we have would be enough for this offense.

Yeah man, we have one of the best and dedicated owner in all of Football, if not the best. We're so lucky to have him.

Bosa is one ugly dude.  Hope he is available when our time starts counting down.   Him and Suggs = just fear

you best believe biscotti is watching this team under a microscope, mainly the personnel.

im sure hes been having one on one meetings behind closed doors with different personnel each week this season and dissecting their role with the team.

hes doing work no doubt. we'll find out after seasons end, hes got things planned. no way this team goes 3-13 or 4-12 (which we can all agree will happen at this rate) and absolutely nothing happens this offseason. hes going to be a busy dude.
