10 Ravens who will not be on the team next year.

I thought it was a troll myself lol. The retirement section he has does look a lil legit tho for obvious reasons. But then again I dont persoanlly think any of them will retire, even if one or two should.

I mean, harbs taking over as OC?!? Where would something like that even come from?

I didn't realize Trestman was the Bears OC.

He was the Bears Head Coach and OC. He lasted 2 years before he was fired.

My previous comment was facetious. He was their HC ... Aaron Kromer was the Bears OC. Kromer was fired as well.

The Bears performance in 2013-2014 is an indictment on Trestman as an HC. Can we evaluate his performance as an OC while he is ACTUALLY an OC? Given this is his 1st year and given the train wreck that the Ravens have been as an entire team - you think he deserves to be dismissed?

While it is highly unlikely that he is fired, it is infinitely less likely that he'd be replaced at OC by Harbaugh.

Lol'd at the inclusion of Allen Reisner not being here as if that isn't the most obvious thing ever.

Next prediction will be that he is to become the defensive coordinator.

I don't think the entire defensive coaching staff will be gone, maybe Pees but not everyone. I def. say we should keep Montgomery and Monachino.

Out of that list I def. think Marlon Brown will be cut and most likely Chris Canty.

Suggs hasn't indicated retirement and wants to return.

clarence brooks? best DL coach in the league man

clarence brooks? best DL coach in the league man

Oh gosh, I wasn't even thinking when I was typing. I obviously meant Clarence Brooks. And yeah he's totally the best DL coach in the league. No way he's gone.

Nearly the entire defensive coaching staff is on the hot-seat.

i think monachino is fine as well, he has shown to be a good LB coach, and i wonder if he could possibly be a DC candidate, i like the thought of an OLB coach as the dc, he seems like he would have an aggressive nature to his playcalling.

i hope clarence brooks never gets promoted though, i couldnt handle the thought of him getting poached for a DC job and we suddenly begin whiffing on every DL draft pick lol

I wonder if he could, but I haven't dug deep into his experience as an DC, so who knows. I'm with ya on Brook, I'd hate to lose him.

- I don't think Trestman gets fired, but I'd like him to have a little better playcalling

- Harbaugh won't be OC.

- Suggs will be back

- Pitta I think will be 50/50. He should retire, but I don't think he wants to go out like this.

- Steve is in a similar situation as Pitta in a way. You know he doesn't want to go out the way he did.

- Pees is gone, maybe some defensive coaches, not all

- We keep Webb

- We cut/trade Marlon Brown

- We win SB 51

- We keep Webb

- We cut/trade Marlon Brown

Marlon Brown is a cut. There is no one that would possibly consider trading for him.

I've been on the fence a bit with Webb. I'm tempted to consider him to be a cut, as we finally get out of the spot were we actually lose cap space by releasing him. While the savings isn't massive ($3.5M) that's nothing to sneeze at. The question is - can we replace him with someone as good or better, who will cost less than that? Maybe, maybe not.

Given how ridiculously thin we are in the secondary, we may need to keep him, but my goodness to we need him to play better than he has.

I think he's the textbook case of a possible post June-1 cut. There's no chance I see of him being cut before the draft, meaning he'll likely be on the team through April. Depending on what shakes out in the draft and in FA, then it becomes a possibility.

Releasing him in the first wave of FA is just far too risky unless we've already got corners locked up in FA.

I would keep Trestman, imo. The problem I feel is we're not letting him run his own offense, we're trying to keep some of the Kubiak scheme in place. If we take the chains off of Trestman and let him run his own offense fully, he would do a much better job.

Trestman is doing fine all things considered. Look what he has to work with. What do you expect?? A top5 offense with Aiken as the #1 receiver. Joe cool is on pace to have his first 4000 yard season and is getting more comfy with the system. I expect Joe and givens to hook up nicely within couple weeks.

I think the fact that a journeyman WR is the Ravens number 1, the Rams 4th WR who they were going to most likely cut is someone they are hoping becomes there number 2, the TE for the Ravens being 2 rookies and someone who is more of a blocking TE basically highlights how few weapons the Ravens truly have on offense.

I know I listed it as a concern of mine going into the season but even I did not expect it to get nearly as bad as it did because while I never trust rookies to be anything more then rookies I at least expected Perriman to be the number 3 WR.

I'm already looking at next year and have at least 10 Ravens players who will not be with the team next year.

Retired:

Dennis Pitta

Waived or traded:

Marlon Brown

Chris Canty

Matt Schaub

Joseph Morgan

Allen Reisner

These coaches will also be fired.

Dean Pees and almost the entire defensive coaching staff.

I'm not so sure Monachino will be here next year for a different reason.  I think Teryl Austin will be a head coach next year and will want Monachino as his DC.

You know if you think about it.. This could make a great movie. A team starts out in a hole, lose their leaders, and then some undrafted, backup WRs come in and help lead the team to victory. Yes? No? Maybe? Lol. It could work!

After 2 achilles tears Suggs is done. Mechanically he just doesn't have the tools anymore.

As for the defensive coaching staff,  I said that almost the entire defensive coaching staff will be fired..

as you can see Suggs has it because after his injury we have no pass rush last yer he did till have 12sacks that's pretty good last time I checked. Also why cut Camp I get injuries but he is still cheap ets give him 1 more year and why would Carolina trade for Smith if he were retiring those ceremonial contracts are done after the team the player is on gets released.

I can tell you 2 teams that would take him and his contract in a second. The Saints and the Dolphins.

. Saints have no cap space so that's not happening.

We would have to cut him I believe as we would still own his rights of he retires. I'd we curt him anyone can pick him up, realistically the only way for Carolina to be positive they get him is a trade.

we would still hold his rights. we will not trade or cut him. He is still playing a a high level if anything we will continue to beg him to come back if he retires.

Personally, I think Suggs will be back. He came back fine from the previous Achilles, but then I've been wrong about every single event this year.

At this point, I just want a good draft pick and don't want the team to mess it up. Draft in the top 5 for a change.

Webb at FS would be a good experiment, that position is pretty much up in the air, there not being a real solid option atm. Probably wouldnt hurt us at FS anymore then he is now

I mean, he was a safety in College. I think he could do welll there. After all of his injuries, I just don't think he can stay with some of these receivers...I mean he's making a ton of money, may as well and if it works out Harbaugh looks like a genius..if it doesn't, it can't be any worse as you said.

I'm all for it.

Neither do the Dolphins. Easily the two teams with the absolute worst cap situations heading into 2016.

Please Ravensf or the love of god do not get rid of Tresman! it would be idiotic to get rid of another OC to then have flacco build chemistry with another. Offense is not the issue it has always been the defense.

There is probably a 1% chance (at best) of Trestman being fired. There is a 0% chance that Harbaugh takes over as OC if Trestman is gone.
