[News] Ravens Add RB Terrance West To Practice Squad

55 posts in this topic

Great news!!! I posted last night we should pick him up anyway, anyhow. Welcome home Terrence!! It won't take long to crack the 53. Whether it's this season or the next!

If we get the guy right out of college who made Baltimore fans cuss the FO for not drafting him then I am all for it. If we get the guy who couldn't get along with two separate teams for whatever reason (and I am sure he knows what that problem is), then it was only a wasted practice squad spot. Maybe a little humbling is all it took to get him back on track and focused and if we get the before West instead of the after West, then we got a replacement for Forsett when the time comes.

Great! I was so pi$$ed when the Browns traded up to get him! I think he will be around for a while. All the fans wanted a hometown product that wasted to be here and now we have him and he has us to support him! Go Ravens and Terrence!

Welcome back home west. Dreams do come true but only you can make it happen. Hard work and dedication all day every day! So happy for the guy and so happy the Ravens finally get to double dip for once lol

"The team placed running back Lorenzo Taliaferro (foot) Posted Dec 16, 2014"

"The Ravens placed running back Lorenzo Taliaferro on season-ending injured reserve Wednesday with a foot injury, Oct 14, 2015" Another Great pick up.

Terrance, try to learn what the Browns and Titans thought you lacked, then either ask your coach to fix it, or do something else better.

I wish him well, but honestly don't see why the team made this move. RB insurance, I guess.

Good PR. This is a business after all. Since you are not putting a winning team on the field, might as well buy some good fan relations bringing in a hometown guy.

He has to work on his serious fumbling issues but not a bad signing for depth purposes.

I remember when everyone was jumping up and down when we didn't get to draft him - maybe he will work out here after all. Good Luck Terrance!

This is great. Terrance comes to us after getting some much needed seasoning. As we all know he was very exciting at Towson. He has earned this shot and I look forward to seeing TW in action with the Ravens.

I have liked Terrance West. Not sure why the Browns gave up on him so quick when it usually takes a few years for players to adjust to the NFL. I think he should be on the roster once he gets up to speed.

this is a move for the 2nd stretch...ravens are going to finese teams with forsett and punish them with allen and west in the run game. aiken, givens, morgan and west and the TE. they are trying to equip joe to make a run!

he's going to practice and play hard...the ravens wanted him and he wanted and hoped to be here 2 yrs ago. the back office and coach know how to shape young guys.

I like the Ravens approach in going after discarded talent during the season. As it really doesn't cost much for them to evaluate. Will he get some significant playing time ?

Good. Start looking in your own backyard, you scouts! Baltimore is a great place, a truly true real wonderful place: give your guys a chance. Kind of blue that Austin and Diggs are elsewhere.
