I think any position with any degree of notoriety has that issue.  Doesn't matter if you're an NFL Head Coach or a newscaster, or a singer, actor, or anyone in this position.  Folks who aren't NFL fans aren't going to recognize him... 

 

The players actually have it a lot easier.  They wear helmets.  I could run into any number of players in a Mall or in a store, and wouldn't really know them from Adam.  Some???  Maybe, like Joe, but the rest???  Not so much.
