Week 9 Discussion (Other Teams)

Don't look now but the Vikings are tied for first place in the NFC North.

Carolina gunning for #1 seed.

Basically they have the number one seed barring any collapse or major injury. I believe they would own the tiebreakers over everyone and the win against GB solidified it.

New QB effect

That's definitely true, but I can't see the 9ers not trying to move on from him after this season.

True but they would be dumb if it was for Gabbert. Was really tempted to pick San Fran due to new QB effect but decided it was Gabbert. We will see what happens

Yeah, I think Gabbert's a stop-gap at best here. I suspect they just wanted to see how they'd look without Kap to see if the problems start with him or if they should hang onto him and rebuild his supporting cast.

Colts going to do everything they can to give the Broncos another win.  SMDH.

It's probably for the best tbh. Better the Broncos than the Patriots.

From Adam Rank's Twitter:

The Falcons should be ruled ineligible for the postseason if they lose to Blaine Gabbert.

To be fair...we lost to Gabbert in a year we should have won it all imo (2011).

Man that was definitely one of the top five all time worst ravens games, too. On primetime tv no less
