Ravens XX Season.....What do you miss the Most from the past 20 seasons?

Seasons were we weren't so decimated by injuries.

All these rule changes to declaw defenses by removing hard hits to make the game safer.

But there seem to be more injuries and of greater severity than what we saw in the old smash mouth days.

I miss the dominating defenses over years. 2000, 2006, amongst many others.  I miss hard hits, turnovers, and 3 and outs.  Defense is what Baltimore is suppose to do.

I might have to change my vote to Ray Lewis' speeches. Man, that guy gets me ready to do anything when I hear him talk, lol.

I miss Ray Lewis and Ed Reed a lot; they had such a huge impact on the field. It is really hard to see how far our defense has fallen this year considering its great legacy. I miss Torrey Smith and Jacoby Jones; they gave us some really memorable moments in their time with us. Some particular things in recent memory that I already reminisce about are: the unforgettable playoff run in 2013 (particularly the Mile High Miracle), the snow game against Minnesota back in 2013, sweeping Pittsburgh in 2011, dominating Cincinnati to start the 2012 season (I REALLY miss beating them...). Players like Torrey Smith, Anquan Boldin, and Jacoby Jones helped make those moments happen.

I miss OLD SCHOOL football, when defenders could actually not get flagged for playing football. Its laughable how the game has been bent in an offensive direction

Some plays our guys makes right now are just plain Jane stupid.

For years, fans from other franchises always pointed to our DEFENSE. If other fans see that and we know we don't have home stand intimidation though our D, then thats the package we miss.   This is a bad year and we should realize our arch rival Steelers really sucked for 40 years before their first playoff.

Whats sad is, the steelers are doing much better on D than us, with less

Hes def. one of my all time favorite Ravens. I miss him a lot. His integrety, heart, passion, intelligence and love of Football is sorely missed here.
