Enough with all this retrospect and hind sight - these coaches need to know going in to this what they hell they SHOULD BE DOING - NOT WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE!!!!

i see some fans are slowly turning on flacco. he is who he is. he needs good players around him to make him better unlike brady manning and rodgers that can win with anyone. i i would be really surprised if brady could win with this group of receivers

I think you really need to go back and look at the receivers who Brady and Rodgers have had over the years and who they have now. It's really not "win with anyone" with those QB's.

@Trestman - at the end of the day you can't wait until 2 minutes left in the game to become aggressive, every game should not come down to the final drive, when that happens there is seriously something systematically wrong. Be it play calling, personnel or crappy execution it just has to stop!

So what is the offensive game plan first quarter? Conservative or aggressive? In a way I can understand why being aggressive can backfire if you fall behind first quarter. But on other hand, if you flip the script (Trestman) and play your first quarter like I've seen Ravens do drives down field in 4th quarter, so aggressively and taking more risks, then possibly you get an early lead and force the other team to play catch up instead of us always doing that. So, I'm suggesting (and I'm sure I'm not the first to do so) to play aggressively early on, and adjust later if needed, not the other way around. And it's not clear to me that Ravens are conservative first quarter or not, but something definitely about a slow starting offense every game this year, change that and some exciting things can shift in modus operendi.

"He couldn't get the communication to Flacco"

This pisses me off. You are professionals and you do this for a living. There should already have been a backup plan if the headsets aren't working. This is just poor coaching and not anticipating what would happen in the worst case.

Brady doesn't really have great receivers now. Really, Edelman, Amendola? Other than Gronkowski which nobody is really able to stop. Rodgers has done well with his receivers but Jordy Nelson is out this year and still doing well. Is it their system? Both QB have a lot higher football IQ than Flacco. The difference is those QB's could teach young receivers where as Flacco seems to need the seasoned veteran to perform well.

Our offense is not our biggest problem. We score enough points to win, but we can't hold leads because our defense is the worst in the NFL.

Defense "NEVER " pointed their fingers at the Offense because Ray Ray didn't allow it so now they starting over people need to chill out its just time for the Offense to carry the load regardless of how many leads the Defense gives up! Joe Flacco gotta step up and put this team on his back and make players better like Ray Ray did! Joe needs to Eat sleep and with the O line and WRs! LETS GO!

Not reading this article but want to say, "Follow the 5 P's: Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performances" and the offense isn't our biggest issues though I haven't warmed up to Trestman. He doesn't seem to inspire confidence. Go Ravens!

Amendola career 13 TD's - 7 seasons

Edelman career 20 TD's - 7 seasons

Gronk career 61 TD's - 6 seasons

Amendola alone has more TD's than Brown and Aiken combined

Flacco doesn't necessarily need a "season vet" he just needs receivers that know how to play!  Aiken and Brown were released from their previous teams PRACTICE SQUADS.  We've got practice squad receivers as our starters and people expect Joe to perform like Brady and Rodgers.  Get real!
