every pick until the 7th was pure BPA, and when i took a 3rd WR in a row its because the top 6 prospects were WRs so i just took the top one. jack in the 2nd round is too hard to pass up, doctson has a 0% chance of lasting til the 3rd barring a devastating season, and boykin is a fun pick, hes worth a 7th round flyer when considering our current backup.

If this happened I would cry from being so happy

Why would we waste a high pick on ANOTHER runningback? We have TOO many already.

I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Ozzie take Henry In The second, wouldn't like it though.

I would be surprised to see ngakoue there in the 3rd and he may get consideration in the early 2nd from us. He may be the best pass rusher in the class and he is criminally underrated, I don't think I've seen anything quite like it

It depends on how highly we have Ngakoue graded. Our grading system is different from the national media. We had a first round grade on Breshad but many scouts/analysts didn't see it that way. Same can be said for some of the past prospects we have selected in the past. I think Ngakoue will get heavy consideration in the 2nd and very well could be the pick. He's a guy I could imagine us having a first round grade on.

It's no secret Henry is my favourite college player for last 2 years. I've been raving about him since he started relieving Yeldon in 2014. I can't imagine any scenario in which he isn't a day 1 selection, so when he was there in second round, it was a no-brainer. If it happened in real life, I think Ozzie would at least have to consider the option.

As far as Ravens backfield goes, I don't see it as stacked by any means - I hate LT's propensity for getting injured, West has yet to convince everybody that he can cut it as more than No 3 and Forsett is getting up there in age. Buck is good but the type of RB that would complement Henry really well, those two together are a dream combo as far as I'm concerned.

many actually did have a late first grade on perriman, and I think if we didn't take him then he still would've went before the 2nd. And I think ngakoue is the tj yeldon of this year, pro scouts will think VERY highly of his ability to produce against pro caliber competition and showing great refinement, pushing him way higher than the media has him ranked. Golden is another comparable guy.

I've seen plenty of guys out there who were not high on Perriman. If I could recall we got a mixed reaction for that pick from the media. I do agree with the fact you brought up Markus Golden, people had mixed reactions but that did not matter to Arizona. It really depends on how highly we have them graded and the position of need, I think if Ngakoue is there he has a good chance to be our guy.

every prospect after the top 20 or so has mixed reviews, but I know perriman intrigued a few teams with his explosive play potential

Can't say for sure that everyone had mixed reviews after the top 20, Bud Dupree and Malcolm Brown were hailed as A+ picks but I really don't recall us getting high praise for the Perriman pick.

I loved Brown and Dupree and hated perriman lol. I wanted Philip Dorsett or Brown after Dupree and Peters went, there weren't many guys that went on the first round after Peters that have been worth it so far, no prospect is gonna have a unanimous opinion and they often fail to meet the common expectations

I can agree to that, just making the point that the Front Office really likes guys who they believe can thrive. Teams will always have guys graded differently than the media. If a guy is coveted enough and talented enough, he will be the pick. It really depends on who we see as elite talent for that guy to be the pick reguardless of how others see him.

This team has actual issues. Runningback ain't one of them, it's probably the second best position we have after TE. We're not gonna waste a draft pick and pick a RB for the THIRD year in a row. Edited by Cillmatic

Joey Bosa won't be the best DE, best defensive player, best player in the draft, best player available for the first-sixth pick, best player for our team, nearly as effective, meet the lofty expectations/hype/projections thrust upon him. He reminds me of Clowney in context as to how people praise this dude. I'm not buying it. Period.

There are several players that will by far exceed there draft position via better value and production.

I'll believe it when I see it. Some poor team is going to get sucked in and spit out. Point Blank.

I remember you didn't like Perriman and neither did I. The drops issue scared me then and I remember you saying the same in most of your post. Now we have two concerns. Dorsett was brought in and many of the fans wanted him as well. I warmed up to him but I wanted someone else. But Perriman actually was a big letdown when he was picked (for Me). I just hope the Ravens throw a serious smokescreen this draft and not stare down the prospects they truly covet. They get picked apart far too often. If you like Buckner bring Ramsey. If you like Buckner don't send the whole staff to pro day. Like first going out with the new pretty one. You gonna take her around the boys or are you gonna go solo? JS

I wouldn't be so certain that we don't address a running back if they feel like he's a game changer. Even a development one with high upside. One that comes to mind is Prosise. He could probably be picked up in the fourth round. He has tremendous upside and would also provide comp for Talli, West and Buck. They all need to be pushed. Some hard, some harder and some out the door. Repeat offenders (injuries/playbook miscues/fumbles) can't play in Haubaughs mindset/scheme/doctrine.

Two candidates that come to mind Talli and Camp. Two vital positions of importance going into the new season.

The Draftek board is awful. And the Browns ended up taking Ogbah 2nd overall, which I found hilarious.

I just did a mock draft and got Bosa in the first. Then Jack and Spence were sitting there in the second and I just laughed. Oh Jaylon Smith is sitting there as well
