Week 8 Discussion (Other Teams)

212 posts in this topic

The Patriots could very well go undefeated this year, only teams left capable of putting up a fight are the Bills, Jets, Giants, and Broncos. The rest of their schedule is pretty cakey.

It'd be funny for them to have another 18-1 ending with the Packers or Cardinals beating them in the Super Bowl.

It'd be funnier if the Giants can pull it together and get to the SB.

I'd sign jaryd Haynes who the niners just cut

Someone with a brain should sign him and actually use his assets, niners never deserved him.

Who is ready for more 9:30am football from London? Last year it was Dennis Allen, earlier this season Joe Philbin was fired after the Dolphins lost in London. Here we have another potential post London firing with Jim Caldwell. If the Chiefs win, anyone think the trend continues and Caldwell is fired tomorrow?

I love the London games. Football and eggs is awesome. I could see Detroit cleaning house this year but I don't think it's likely no matter the outcome of this game.

Lions offense looks better with a coaching change. Dolphins may have stalled against New England but this now makes 2 teams who have benefited from a coaching change.

And then the offense knew...........they messed up.

Yep. I was hoping their offense would have looked much better with a coaching change.

Looks like Caldwell may be fired tomorrow or Tuesday.

Maybe if Jim Caldwell gets fired tomorrow, Head Coaches will plea to stop playing games overseas lol.

Man lions are going to make it hard for the ravens to get the first overall pick in 2016 draft.

You almost got me there.

Yeah Caldwell is nothing without Peyton Manning and January Joe under center. I mean Stafford is one QB I thought would have benefitted from Caldwell. Then again maybe Stafford just sucks.

Speaking of ex-Ravens, Anquan Boldin is inactive against the Rams. Looks like Torrey will be their #1 in all likelihood. Niners fans will learn soon enough.

Ouch. If Kaepernick knows what we know about Torrey, throw deep passes to him and hope for PI all game.

Watching NFL today.  Boomer is so touchy about Andy Dalton and the fact that he has a history of not being able to win a playoff game.  I am hoping to see our friends the Steelers slow down the Bengals today.

Ben's back so I expect a Bengals loss.

So it's safe to say nobody won the Haloti Ngata trade in the offseason. Lions suck and our defense sucks. Fair trade I guess lol.

If he has time to. The 49ers O-line vs. the Rams D-line? Kaep is going to be running for his life. It just spells disaster for the Niners. But then again, the NFL can be unpredictable so watch them score 30+ lol!

Sad but true!  It hurts to see one of our stalwarts go downhill.  Makes me think of Reed in a a Texans uniform.  That hip!

Things just get worse for Detroit. Calvin Johnson left the game with an ankle injury. A pointless injury in a blowout.

Wonder if we could get Ngata back for cheap in the offseason lol

Colts may be in trouble with the league. Jay Glazer reports Luck has been playing with multiethnic fractured ribs and the Colts haven't listed him on the injury report.

Could result in a fine or loss of picks for not putting him on the injury report.
