Could be worse, could be a thread about Greg Little coming to play for the Ravens

I'm in favor of the tape flavor. I have seen enough games, tape and highlight reels to correctly say this dudes going to be legit. Combine numbers only solidify the presumption that the player adds a missing dimension. I question the organization because they can't see it and I'm a layman by their standards. I think the scouts are either sleep or smoking some serious crap. Or maybe their advice is falling on deaf ears. You know Ozzie is aging and rich. So if I'm Biscoitti, I'm in the draft room waiting to hear Ozzie's explanation for why we didn't take that dude. He also needs to invest his time into studying some tape because he's writing the checks. Ozzie would still aim the arrow and not be struck in the head by that faulty Boomerang. I believe if I'm going to get my a-- kicked, I'm going out with an hellashus fight.

Funny how this same topic keeps us Ravens Fans Up all night. So Friday night fights - Here we are! Take your best shot

I'm taking Boyd in the first. After selling two of my fourths

1) with the #5 pick in the two thousand sixteen NFL draft- The Baltimore Ravens select- Jalen Ramsey

2 )With the second pick the Baltimore Ravens - The Baltimore Ravens select- Tyler Boyd (after trading back into the first round and swapping a slot)

3)With the third pick the Baltimore Ravens select- Travin Dural.

Everything else hasn't been evaluated just yet but I'm working on it.

I thinking lineman cost money in free agency

and the receivers brought will be cheaper thru the draft.

quick eye test for me

Boyd- Seems more explosive, great hands, that game changer to break any play open and take it all the way.  Who does he remind you guys of?

Judge Tred- Reminds me of a dez, fights hard on contested catches, seems to have good hands, but struggles to get seperation.  As someone said, it would be like a boldin torrey combo again.

That being said, i just cant see us taking a WR that early and i dont know if i would want us to.  Im just now starting to look at prospects everyone is talking about so i dont have a name to throw in, but i think a pass rusher or cb is a good way to go.  Anyone have any reccomendations on a good read for the upcomming draft.

Josh Doctson is my new fav. WR in this draft. IMO he should be the first WR off the board. I like Boyd plenty, but I've love Doctson's game, he actually plays big and knows how to use his size very well. His game against Minnesota last year was impressive. He runs some nice routes, has some serious speed, and man he makes some plays on the ball. I really like him quite honestly.

I might be joining you, but I still haven't seen enough to differentiate yet. I'm working on it, though. I do think he could be the first WR off the board and it wouldn't surprise me.

Do you guys think Ozzie would spend another first round pick on a WR in consecutive years?

If the best player on the board were a WR, I think he would. I wouldn't mind Boyd if we were in the later stages of the top 10 (depending on who else was there), or Treadwell or even Doctson slightly after that.

Yeah man, I like Treadwell and Boyd, but man Docston is so different from them. There's not one thing he does the best, he just does everything well. I think he can be an elite WR in the next level and I agree, I think he very well can be the first WR off the board.

Wait, did we even have a first round pick this year?

am i the only one who doesnt see a top 10 talent at wr this year>

I think Boyd, Treadwell, and Doctson are on the edge of being top ten talents, and may simply fit the teams picking at the end of the top ten better than other players.

jus watched some highlights of Docston.  Other than his jumping ability and hands i didnt see all the love that you guys see, maybe im missing something.  He didnt seem to make that many people miss in the open field.  I still like boyd

I'm actually with you. I see some nice players, but I'm not overly impressed with the WR pool this year.

This draft class at WR is really good but it lacks a clear elite talent. I don't see a top 10 prospect at WR but I do see quite a few first round talents.

I'm just not all that impressed. I'm not a huge fan of anyone really. Boyd, Treadwell, and Doctson are the favorites, but I even have concerns about them. I'm not overly impressed with the depth of this class.

Yeah I don't think anyone in this class is a clear can't miss prospect at WR, some good players but they all have areas to improve on

You don't like guys like Dural, Coleman, Robinson, Cooper, Miller, Fuller, Williams or Thomas? I agree that nobody wows me this year, but there are still some really nice prospects. This class really reminds me of the 2010 class where you had some talented guys but it was hard to truly select a top guy.

I will always wonder if we would've selected Dez had we had the chance to do so

Yeah, there was no doubt in the office that we were going to select Dez. At least Oz knew he would be great so that tells you the guy isn't totally awful with WR. I wonder if we had interest in Demaryius as well.

Man, it would've been amazing to have either one and then we wouldn't have to worry so much about the WR situation for a while had we had a competent number two and some depth. I'm still a very firm believer in BP but I would take any of the top WR's in the current class if they're BPA unless there's a can't miss defensive product available.

Yeah, but hey it is what it is. You can thank New England for being so pushy with what happened. I'm hopeful for BP but with each game he doesn't play but hope fades away quick. Hope he can get healthy.
