Whats worse 1-6 or the 07 team 10 losses after 4-2

We are not as bad as the 07 team because they had success, then blew it. Now we have no luck on top of a established losing streak.

07 was worse. We never  got the chance to pretend  we were good. Me and a few others were wary after a mediocre  PS performance.

Right now since our team is more about schemes than the players talents, we can lose to anyone and can beat anyone. Hence all the close losses. But at least they are good games.

We have to be the best 1-15 team in league history lol.

2007 was complete meltdown status. Even at 1-6 this team doesn't have that feeling.

The 07 season was mind numbing.

The only highlight of that season was the game VS New England when we had them BEAT..before Rex Ryan called a time out.

This season, we aren't getting blown out at all and we've had chaneces to win each game. Our lack of talent tips the scales against us ultimately.

The 07 season was horrendous, Billick totally lost the team.

Honestly, I feel that the Ravens have a lot of promise for the future. We need to draft well and manage the cap well starting this off season. The 07 team was similar that there was a strong core there but injuries and lack of a QB killed the season.

Hmm.  So pretty everyone here is saying this season is bad because we don't have the talent.  Most also feel the offensive and defensive scheme sucks.  So then, how are we keeping it close with every team we play, including 2 undefeated teams and the Cardinals?

 

On topic, 07 was worse without question.  At 4-2,  I actually thought that season had a chance.  We couldn't even get the win over the undefeated Pats but we lost to the winless Dolphins

This season is worse in my mind because this team had superbowl aspirations after barely losing to NE last year and had drafted a possible play making WR, TE, and signed a slot CB and Jimmy smith was returning to fix all last years problems.

My memory is hazy, but I could have sworn 07 was McNair's last injured year and Kyle Boller and some other stiff took it over and couldn't do a thing.

 

But before we jump to the conclusion that 2007 was a worse year, lets remember we won 4 games that year.  Who can categorically state that this years team, even with Joe Flacco is going to reach that number of wins?

 

Besides we won 5 games, beating the Stoolers in week 17!

Nah, McNair played in 07 and Billick came out in that Cincy game throwing and avoiding the running game even though we'd just signed McGahee.  He was determined to make McNair into a serious throwing threat while ignoring that McNair was already broken before the season started.  That Steelers game in week 9, I think, featured McNair having one of the worst QB performances in NFL history.

Plus, I've already chalked this up as a rebuilding year after falling to 0-3, so I'm more excited to see what we are going to have in '16. '07 was just watching hopes and dreams disappear. Accepting Defeat early hurts way less than watching your SB hopes disappear across the end of the season

They are equally frustrating for me. Any trending where we are not a top team is awful for me. Especially enduring that 2007 season in Hawaii surrounded by stealer fans! Awful.......I want more lombardis for Joe and my team. I want to be in that most championships convo!

And that's what makes this season horrible to me!  Our boys aren't good enough to get the "W" in those close games.  Good teams find ways to win and our Ravens...these Ravens...are not a good team!

The season itself I believe this year is the worst and most disappointing. The 07 team I think was a worse team. We have been within one score of winning each game against really good teams this year. We have a very competitive team we just don't seem to want it enough to win. If this team had the fire and will to win that our super bowl team had we could be undefeated right now.
