[News] Injuries To Offensive Line Mount In Loss

The 2011 season was Indy's "Suck for Luck" campaign. Maybe it's time for our very own "Stink for Stanley"?  :P

All kidding aside, Monroe really isn't living up to his contract. And KO's becoming more and more affordable every day - the real question is if we still want him.

I hate to have to admit that I was amongst those hoping that we could get Monroe signed when we gave him his contract. I didn't see any other good options and I know/knew that good LTs are very difficult to find. I never really thought that Monroe was one of the best, but at the time I just didn't see what else we could have done. But, Man, has he been a disappointment. I think that he's one of those guys who really has no heart and played as well as he could only long enough to get the biggest contract he could get from us. Once he signed on the dotted line, his work was done. I don't think he cares about anything but his paycheck, goes through the motions, and actually doesn't really have much integrity. I think that all he did was take advantage of the Ravens because of the position he plays and the position the team was in. I really wish that we could find another team that is extremely weak at LT and that would be willing to trade for him so that we could get out from under his contract. The last thing we want is another case of having dead money that we, undoubtedly, would have by just cutting him. He duped us and I would like nothing more than to see him gone.
