[News] Will Monday Night Football Bring Out Ravens' Best?

44 posts in this topic

Tonight's game has nothing to do with trends under Harbaugh or since 1996,.... It has everything to do with the defensive secondary not being able to finish games!

It's one thing when pressure on a QB lapses and gives him 7-10 seconds b/c he's scrambling and extending plays! This isn't usually the case! Balls are coming out in 3-4 seconds to open guys running across the middle or posts!

This has everything to do with the secondary not playing as a team, players dismissing assignments because they feed into a fake, and players not knowing where they should be in the general scheme of the defense called!

If they do any one of those things in the 4th Quarter, a close game will go into the 'Loss Column!   :th_327321_Spy_23x22:

Black bird fly, black bird fly, into the light of a dark night sky...you were always waiting for this moment to arrive.

You know what? We've been in a position to win every game this season, one or two plays / penalties were the difference. If they were getting blown out every game I might be joining the chorus but they haven't. I believe they can and will win tonight!

The Ravens are 6-3 on monday night but since 2008, they're just 28-32 away from M&T Bank Stadium....... This falls directly on Harbs. We have been a bad road team since he arrived and his inability to get his players ready for the road has cost us alot over the years.

Ray Lewis said...we either gonna bleed fast or bleed slow with this secondary tonight. No positive support even from Ray.

He's doing his "new" job!

And he, like most of us in here, know that the secondary has been the Ravens downfall.  Not tonight though!  They show up and man up!  Hopefully, we can see the resurgence of "Death on Wings".

GO RAVENS!
