Of course they won't trash the Ravens before a match. You have to keep it PC and most teams do. However, I do appreciate what Patrick Peterson is saying about SSS - that's a different angle on him than I usually hear and sounds like genuine respect, not like some filler you'd say because you have to.

It does't matter if your 1-5 or 0-5, any team that is about to play you will talk about you with the upmost respect, unless your Rex Ryan. Regardless, its a tatic used to keep players heads straight and not underestimate their opponents. These articles about "what the enemy thinks, or says" are just junk articles if you ask me.

Why do we even bother asking all these questions? its the same boring heaping crowns of salt on your opponent. Not like someone is going to say what we all really want to hear... aka "yeah the ravens suck this year, we'll have no problem trashing them"

The more this season goes on the more I lose respect for these chat boards.

Simple fact these team isn't as good as team in the past. Other simple fact we have a lot of injuries. Are they related? Probably, still excuse though.

You have people saying these articles are trash because they would never talk bad about a team before they play. Seriously? These may be trash but to say players don't talk bad about the team they are playing in them is not true. It happens all the time.

Now you have many saying they just avoid saying the truth that the Ravens are an easy win for them and the Ravens suck. Once again, seriously? The Ravens have lost all but one game but none of them by more than 5 points. That means every team we have faced had to play to the end of the game because one good play by the Ravens or one bad play by them would have been the difference in the game.

Losing sucks, this season so far has sucked but honestly being on the other side isn't that far from reach.

You cant just say the Raven suck and they're an easy win. They reason why, is because you can still be beat. I think the Cards said all the right things. They still have that respect for what we are capable of. See what happened to them when Carson Palmer went down. How many people you think pick the Jags yesterday. How many people you think didn't pick the Chiefs because of no Jamal Charles and Jeremy Maclin. All I'm saying is just because you won last week doesn't guarantee you a win the following week. Yes we are playing bad right now and every team in the NFL knows it. I tell you this though no team on our schedule is going to take us lightly because of what we stand for, they know what our defense use to be and they know that one spark on either side of the Baltimore Raven football will set the whole team on fire. I have absolutely no problem with the statements made by the players for the Arizona Cardinals. Underestimate no opponent and if you say they suck, or it's an easy win, then that's exactly what you've done. underestimated them. We have just as much chance to win this game as they do despite who people pick. We have 50% chance of winning and 50% chance of loosing, and that's what it is. So I wish our team the best tonight and I will be watching and couchgating, rooting our boys on. If we loose we get one step closer to a high draft pick, we win then we gain some confidence and put another notch in the win column. Lets Go Ravens!!!!!Ball so Hard!!!!!!

well, what I believe we need is a new DC and someone to light a fire under these guys.  Our roster is capable of something better than 1-5. At this point, I trust our defense like I trust gas station sushi.
