I'm not so sure inspiration is the issue. It could simply be an issue of talent. The FO granted the wish that so many had over the past year or 2 ... stop bringing in vet WRs so we have a chance to evaluate what we have in our young receivers. 

 

We are now seeing the results. Unless something clicks soon, WR will remain a position of dire need going forward - especially with the pending retirement of our only viable WR. We desperately need Perriman to be on the field the 2nd half of this season and to show he's got something to offer. Otherwise, we'll need not 1 but 2 new primary receivers, along with all the other needs we have elsewhere on the team.

No that's my fault for thinking that everybody felt the same and appreciated Steve smith being apart of our team. Obviously there's a few ungrateful fans out there who like to be arrogant for no apparent reason.

SSS never quits. He started his vision when someone said he was too small.. It would have been great if he was on our 012 team.  Imagine that

I hope he stays another year, this year definitely has to leave him craving more. And more he deserves. I can see Campanaro being his successor, but Camp has to become more durable.
