He certainly does... And I mean, he's got plenty of upside but I think he lacks elite level football IQ. Which, really is the difference between him and the top level QB's. If we could EVER cultivate his intellect or at least be that whisper in his ear...

Flacco scored 27 on Wonderlick test. Ryan Fitzpatrick scored highest grade out 50. Eli Manning 39, I think Aaron Rogers 37. So yes Flacco is just average Joe.
