Does not matter who is playing as much as which Raven teamshow up. Funny how national tv makes injuries go away.

I think Perriman's problem is not physical cause only surgery keeps you out this long. Don't look for him any time soon. Props to the REAL WARRIORS of our team.

Geeze, I hate to say it, but I am starting to worry about injuries in relation to Max Williams. They started with him in OTA's, training camp and preseason(undisclosed and in non-contact jersey for 2 wks, then eye injury, shoulder and thigh), and they are starting to mount up in games...it seems like there is something every week...now it is leg and ankle issues?  I sure hope he isn't going to be injury prone.

Right now I would rather see SSS with Arron Rogers you know it will most likely be the Packers and patriots in SB.

Sorry, but I don't get this. I'm glad SSS is member of this team.

at this point in the season and the record being what it is, harbaugh should set the team down and call them out. everyone. not by individuals rather by an unit. tell them they are playing for jobs and those that don't want to win should request releases. basically cut bait.

I am sure the players already get it; Melvin and Babin among others were clear reminders. Time will be better used to address team problems, strategies, practice, encourage and motivate.

Many fail to recognize the affect that weight training or other exercises can have on certain individuals. I am not saying this is the case with the many Raven injuries for sure, but I do know that there is no single program that fits all. Exercises and weight training must be individually tailored and watched carefully. My concern is that the team appears to have become somewhat muscularly brittle.

Exercising certain areas will strengthen that area for most while exposing a problem weakness for others, thus making an area more injury prone. Knees, ankles, shoulders and other joint areas are most notably affected but also shows in Hamstrings, the calf, and Quads.

he did seem to be very out of shape in ota's and camp too. Meanwhile Boyle wasn't even breaking a sweat. Either way the potential is very high. I think he learned his lesson and reports to training camp in much better shape next year.

Seems like the usual suspects! Canty (has missed more then he played for us over the last several years). Perriman (?) Webb (always seems to be hurt). Maxx (seems to be catching that injury bug) Then you get the other side of the coin. Yanda...injured but rest assured he will play. SSS injured but rest assured he will play! Forsett injured but rest assured he will also play. We need a few more warriors like SSS, Yanda and company. I would love to see the NFL go to incentive based contracts! At this point... I think Perriman and Canty would owe us money. We would have the RRice issue and Heck we would just about break even with Webb!

For s and giggles. How about we promote Daniel Brown to the active roster? I would hate to find in game 15 that he's a really, really, good Wr, and we should have used him sooner.

Pee's is not so brilliant when he said injuries are not an excuse. If the next players up could do the job one could field a winning team all comprised of members from the band squad and other free agent castoffs. The owner would save lots of money. If Pee's has no excuses the buck should stop with him and he should be replaced.

Hey, just for s&giggles. Let's promote Daniel Brown to the active roster. I would hate to see him come up late in the season to find we had a hidden gem miring in the muck, we call the practice squad. Really, we need play makers and help might be within.

I bet Maxx gets on a training program this offseason and puts on some mass and becomes more durable. Only question is he enough of a pro, meaning disciplined enough, to motivate himself to work that hard when unsupervised by Ravens staff.

Also, I'm beginning to have a sinking feeling that Perriman is soft. No mental or physical toughness required for this level. The scope weeks ago showed no additional damage...why is he not running?

Without knowing what the injury is that's keeping Perriman off the field, it's too early to label him soft or a bust. That being said, maybe it's time to put him on IR and just shut him down for the year, rather than have him on the injury report week after week as an ugly reminder of what could have been. Use the spot to take a look at someone from another teams PS.

In other news, SF showed last night that they really aren't a good team at all, with Kaepernak unable to move the football until late in the game and Torry Smith a total non-factor, so I think that's more proof that our defense isn't good enough to hang with even the worst teams in the NFL. First pick here we come. I note that neither Torry Smith nor Ngata are playing well enough this year to suggest Ozzie was wrong in not ponying up the big bucks -- each one is regarded as grossly overpaid by their respective teams. That doesn't fix our own problems but makes it harder to point to loss of these players being the culprit for our woes.

Saw an article suggesting the Ravens deal SSS back to the Panthers so he gets a shot at the post season and the Ravens get something for next year nice he's retiring. While I think Green Bay could use him better, it would be foolish for Ozzie to not at least explore these options. We probably finish last in our division and then he will retire and our starters will be Aiken and maybe Perriman, which doesn't bode well for 2016. A draft pick from a team that wants to win now could be huge in filling a big hole.

Maybe after we get shellacked on Monday night the phone calls will start.

Glad to see Webb back in practice. After seeing Shareece Wright start last week Webby back is great news! I won't damn Wright straight away, I don't know him and maybe he was really victim to being picked apart by a team that knows him, but my trust in him is lacking. Hope Williams is back up soon - our TEs have been the bright spot of the team. All of them.

No matter who suits up, it is imperative that they play like Ravens. It is becoming painful to watch us give up big play after big play on defense and make dumb and dumber mistakes on offense. How can you expect to win this way?

After a loss, all we get is constant bluster and talk of believing in themselves and not paying attention to critics from the HC, and ownership of mistakes from players who make the same mistakes over and over again with no end in sight! Something's got to give and get us back on our old winning ways.

It is strange that we are a 0.500 team since our last SB win. Keep in mind short of that miracle playoff run, we weren't very good that year either. So, either our drafting has taken a dip or maybe the coaches are too involved in personnel decisions and getting players in just based on special team contributions and not great individual players on draft day.

Let Ozzie be the personnel guru John, you focus on coaching his team which leaves a lot to be desired unto itself. The formula that made us the best drafting team has been pilfered and that is beginning to show in our results. Talent is what this team needs through the draft, not just special team contributors.

They have a better front than the LB corp. They should use more 4-3 base packages:

KLM/OLD MAN-WILLIAMS-JERNIGAN/DAVIS-GUY/UPSHAW

                       DOOM-MOSLEY-SMITH

Because that what other teams do...develop WR's from within and not sign washed up vets.

Sorry, but I don't get this. I'm glad SSS is member of this team.

That's because I'm thinking of Steve Smiths retirement and going out with one last chance for a ring and not my personnel concerns of a very bad Ravens team that will likely finish 4-12.

yeah but my fear is we're going to start playing scared and trying so hard not to give up the deep plays that Palmer will be able to just dink and dunk his way down the field with the short and intermediate throws. We get beat that way just as easily. I think we need to just go out there and go all out, be aggressive as possible and have some fun. Put a hurting on the qb and make him scared to stand in the pocket. Start knocking the crap out of the receivers when they go over the middle. That's the Ravens of old.

I'm make my prediction now. Ravens will win this game. Arizona has no played the caliber teams the Ravens have played 2 6-0 teams, both have lost a home game against an up and coming opponent, both lost on the road. Ravens must run the ball since Arizona is 18th but watch the kick offs. Special teams will be the decider.

So that weak knee of Perriman still has him not practicing? Why are we wasting a roster spot on him at this point we are approaching mid way point and he still hasnt done anything This guy has been out what almost 3.5 months? This has to be the slowest strained ligament ever I mean AP came back from ACL surgery in 7-9 months CMON MAN!!!!!

There is no chance that the Ravens deal SSS, especially back to Carolina.  He has said when asked that he would retire immediately if traded.
