Week 7 Discussion (Other Teams)

It's been over 5 years and Steven Hauschka is currently a perfect 16/16 on the season, and I still have trouble forgiving him for missing that potential game-winner against the Vikings in what would've been a comeback for the ages.

I re watched that game at the start of the season. Would've loved to beat Favre.

They'd still find a way to get a first down on our secondary.

Whenever we do get a stop, I'm holding my breath, looking for a flag.

I'm just watching this game shaking my head like we lost to the 9ers. Torrey and Boldin only bright spot this season was against us like they been quiet tonight only time I heard Torrey name called was for a PI.

Lol 49ers returner calls fair catch and 3 seconds after catching gets hit hard but they call a penalty on niners?

Michael Bennett doesn't bring lunch to work; he walks in on game-days knowing that one of his opponents will be leaving without theirs.

Yep, no doubt from a pass interference or some dumb as rocks roughing play on a pass that went for an incompletion.

I can't even get mad anymore. I just feel a depressed resignation when it happens.

As inconsistent as the offense can be, this game right here should show even the most stubborn fan that the defense is the real issue. The Niners have averaged 15 ppg (will be even lower after tonight) against everyone else, but our defense is the elixir that cures every failing offense.

Somehow, 2 ints and scoring 20 points on the road in SF works out so much better for Wilson. I wonder why.

Ha that is so true

Yeah, that's a huge blown call.

The state of the NFCW.

Cards 4-3

Seahawks 3-4

Rams 2-3

49ers 2-5

Crazy to think that was universally accepted as the toughest division in the league a couple of years ago.

Thought the Seahawks were out of it, but they could still win this.

The Cards will be 5-2* come Monday though.

You're right, I jotted down the Cardinals' record too quickly once the screenshot came up. As long as Palmer stays healthy, it's their division to lose - even though being two games back halfway through the season isn't insurmountable at all.

Who on Earth is denying the defense is an issue?

Pees has his fanclub...and there are those who just prefer to blame everything on Flacco.

Can we show this for Steve and Ozzie to see the real problem for our defense? Not gonna show Harbs cuz he will say coaches are doing great job....haha.. What a joke...

Eh, just because he isn't Mike Singletary or Jim Mora in his press conferences doesn't mean he privately thinks everything's going alright.

I seen Pees supporters who believe that the defense is a problem, how can anyone deny that? I mean, well quite honestly I don't think Pees deserves most of the heat hes getting. I have my own reasons for wanting him gone. I just think a shift in regime will get these players back into it.

Total yards Seahawks defense gave up tonight - 53 yards = The number of yards we gave up to the Niners fullback

Really

Watching previous Ravens opponents showing how inept they actually are is 100 times more frustrating than watching them beat us. 61 rushing and 81 passing yards. One FG score.  I'm officially slipping into depression.

Well, Seattle has a much, much, much better defense than our own. I don't find it shocking honestly.

It was bit more than that according to the graphics at the end of the game,

BTW, Bruce Miller had 53 on 1 play, around 90 total vs us.
