Now I need this guy to say that he hates the top 5 teams and wants to be picked by the greatest sports team of all time aka the Baltimore Ravens.

A few months ago he called Cleveland a "run-down hole of a city", so that's one down.

I mean he isnt exactly wrong and it has to be annoying to a point to have to be getting spammed with internet trolls trying to bait you especially when he does not have much experience dealing with it so I am not really surprised he hit send on a message that had a little too much truth in it.

if that twitter handle said @Stevesmith89 people in Baltimore would love what was said. Those tweets are only bad because he's not drafted yet. People who don't like him won't like the tweets. Those who do won't care about them.

That is exactly how a guy like Smitty or Sizzle would have responded to obnoxious fans.

So what? Who cares what he says on Twitter. It's not like he said he likes to murder people or animals or anything like that, or wants to take a puff. I mean, come on now.

Yeah. You're right. Shoot, old Ray Lewis may have said the same thing when he was young if he had social media then. People need to give people a break here. The guy is only 20-years-old. Yeah, 20.

Ed Reed, Derrick Mason, Jacoby Jones and I can keep going. The Ravens have always had players who stay true to who they are and aren't afraid to speak their minds, especially under Harbs.

I watched his NFLN interview and he just seems like a straight forward, shoot from the hip, no nonsense type guy. Kind of like a young Joe Flacco. Don't ask him a question if you don't wanna hear his honest opinion.

There's a line between being confident and being a conceited butt.  Bosa's coming off as the latter.

Why because some fans had nothing better to do then go back 5 whole years and bring up tweets from when he was like 16? I don't think his comments had anything to do with being confident or conceited. It was simply somebody firing shots at him and he smashed them.

Not saying this is you, but I hate when people hold athletes and other public figures to such a high standard that they can't defend themselves when they are clearly attacked or provoked. He didn't punch a guy, he didn't beat his girlfriend, he didn't get arrested, he didn't verbally threaten a person. He told a couple people off on Twitter!!!

To be honest I didn't know much about Bosa outside of him just being an insane talent. But with all the recent backlash on him, I've looked deeper into him.

From what I've read he's definitely a Harbs guy and will have no problem fitting into the play like a Raven motto. He doesn't seek spotlight or much recognition. He'd rather stay home reading then be out in public getting recognized every 10mins.

As a 19 year old kid he made the decision to move away from campus and live alone after getting suspended 1 game for marijuana. He removed himself from all temptation and even prevent people from visiting his apartment until he knew he had enough self control over himself not to do anything stupid. He seems like a very mature young man and I think he'd fit perfectly with the Ravens on and off the field.

Interested to see that Bosa wasn't a 5 star recruit coming out of HS, I had him pegged as a guy who was told how great he was from an early age (Like Nkemdiche who was the #1 recruit in the nation and certainly didn't do his ego any favors). Not that being a 4 star recruit isn't still a big deal, many NFL stars have been 4 stars or less in some cases.

Just didn't fit with the narrative that Bosa has always been "The Next Big Thing" like a lot of people seem to think. If anything his attitude is going to turn teams in the top 5 off from him and help the odds of him getting to us. Is he kind of a smug jerk? Yeah. So is Lebron, if the kid can play ball I don't have a problem drafting him. Bosa isn't the first blue chip talent to have a less than ideal attitude, the juice is worth the squeeze if he's as good as he says he is.

I don't know why I just get a bad vibe from him. Him and his attitude kind of remind me of Jason Babin , just seems conceited and like he would put himself before the team. I hated seein babin in the locker room after a game when harbs was giving a speech and seeing him look completely uninterested and just bored. Anyway, I could be completely wrong, just my first impression.

It's all quite speculative but I agree with you. I would rather he concern himself with retiring at 10pm every night.

smacks of "me-ism"

That's how I am, I just cant put my nose on what gives me a odd feeling.  The tweets he sent out, I don't care about that, but theres something that's just not right in my eyes.  If we draft him I will be excited for his potential, I just hope we dont

Dont Get me wrong id Love to have him on our team, hes Just not my first choice. Right now im on the Jack/ Buckner hype train. Ramsey would Still  Be nice too but after his combine performance i See absolutely no scenario where he makes it past jacksonville.

Bosa cleaned up his off the field issues by moving into an apartment by himself, that shows me that he learns from mistakes and is committed to becoming a professional. Dumb tweets is one of those things they clear up at the rookie symposium.

After seeing Bosa and hearing him talk to various outlets, I just don't feel it. I think he's still very immature and has the potential to self destruct on a dime. He may be talented, but then again he is no JJ Watt nor will he ever reach that level.

To be fair,  no one is JJ Watt,  especially a rookie.   Will he reach his level,  doubtful.  Possible?  Sure.

Look at Suggs, our fanbase picked him apart for being slow and having a bad attitude at the combine but game is game. Also I think it's a little redundant to compare a rookie prospect to JJ Watt when no other player in history has reached that level.

What exactly has he said or done that makes you feel this way. Obviously not attacking your opinion because it's your right to feel this way. However I'd like to know what you've seen in him because I've watched plenty of his interviews and never once came away thinking he's immature or would self destruct in any way. What did I miss?
