[News] Game Recap: 49ers 25, Ravens 20

I think the Ravens Human Resource department definitely made personnel mistake this year, they didn't fix the secondary and standing pat with the receivers was clearly a mistake. This year is the debacle next year starts the rebuild.

I'm sick of watching these Ravens play slow and conservative until they're behind and have to catch up, then they turn it on just enough to be within the win....and then take a lazy sunday walk up to the line when there is under 2 minutes left with no timeouts. Today was not the first time, and it needs to stop. You guys look like you DON'T CARE. Its hard for fans to get excited with a team that plays like that. This has been an absolutely disappointing season with six close last minute games and only winning one. This team is not the Ravens of past years, but there's no reason we should be 1-5. Inexcusable.

Its time to make changes...front office get to work and do what you need to do. And for the future, it's time to spend the money on an elite player instead of crossing your fingers hoping your draft picks become superstars.

Glad to see we signed this guy Wright. Just what we needed is another guy who can't cover anyone.

I am sure there must be some other guys out there that can't cover so bring them in. I loved the

long pass to Torrey when they showed our defense with no safety in the middle and all the coaches

did not catch it and call a timeout. We are in sad shape from the coaches to the players.

I know we are the only team in the NFL that does not have a clue how to run a two minute drill. That was embarrassing to watch. The 49ers had to be laughing out loud as they watched us stroll to

the line while seconds came off the clock. Coaches did not notice when we were in a poor formation that would hurt us. Does anyone on this team give a damn about winning. Joe did you notice we were wearing white not Red jerseys. Probably one of the worst performances in the last ten years. Steve you have a problem on your hands. Good Luck

The Ravens have always played close games since John H has been coach, the difference this year is their on the losing end of them. Poor defense has definitely made the difference and the offense can't come through to make up for poor play.

Bet all you Torrey Smith fans were loving it today......OH WAIT. Yeah those guys play for the other side. I TOLD YOU SO. They cooked the Ravens defense which is always lost and confused. And the offense just looks clueless and carefree. No need to hustle in the two minute drill. Let's take our time and get some gatorade. Can't wait to get back to the sideline for more of that!

Living out here in Colorado Springs, I'm the only Ravens fan for miles...Every Sunday when I go out to watch the game, I'm surrounded by the opposing teams fans..Every Sunday, I watch the opposing teams cheer fanatically as their team pulls out a close victory in the final seconds..And every week, the opposing teams fans pat me on the back and say, don't worry, you guys will pull out that victory next week...It's truly starting to feel like deja vu EVERY sunday........

I just hope we do a better job with the extremely high draft pick we will have this coming draft than last year's. Injured or not....he's not doing us any good not being on the field. Hopefully his HANDS are stellar by the time he finally comes back.

We fans have been yelling for years to get weapons for Joe. When we did (boldin Torrey Pitta) we won the Super Bowl and could of won more. He then gives everybody away and expects to replace them with other teams cut players.Flacco has never had a stud receiver to work with in his career, love SSS but he is getting old early in his career they gave him Mason another old receiver but liked him too. I look at Cincy and Daulton has like 5 dangerous weapons and we cant get one? Daulton is a average QB but his weapons make him look like a MVP. STOP trading back for more picks pleeeeeeease it doesn't work, get less picks with more quality players rather trading down and getting Kindles which is why we are paying for it now. Look at our offense we have no stud weapon we have drafted. It starts at the top something has to change I don't care who coaches this team with this personnel a Belicheck wouldn't be any better than 2-4. Joe must be frustrated but cant say anything and I think is just going through the motions till something is done. All I heard during training camp was we were gonna have a great wr core and there was a deep completion for roster spot. Who evaluated this core? Other than SSS these guys cant make the CFL, M.Brown must go I have had enough of that guy boggles my mind how we still keep him. I think its time for DeCosta to take over and start a new era.

how many picks we have next year ?...I guess we will get 4 comp picks for Mcphee , Torrey , Daniels and Jacoby ...I hope the first we get fourth rounders ...I am going to get mad if we trade out of top ten ...!!! which is highly likely ...

just imaging how bad it would have been without SSS.

I'm really starting to think we should let him play a few more weeks, earn a pro bowl invite, and then shut him down for the year and beg him to play next year.

Jacoby was cut so ho doesn't count. T.taylor does count. I think the most a team csn get is 2 in each round of something like that. Well gladly take them

With all the problems Joe face except for the time Q was a teammate Joe hasn't really had or taken the opportunity to throw much over the middle. Add Dennis to that duo too. It seems from an unenlightened POV that because Joe has the canon arm he is restricted in his advancement as a QB. Everything he does is always phrased with he's got all the throws and his arm is the best in the league. His development has never reached his potential because he has, perhaps, been held back by the coaching schemes to have his long arm do all the work and let the team depend on the running attack and goal line defensive units. That sort of thing worked when Jamal played. Bottom line: Joe does his best with the schemes he's given and that INT directly to the middle of the field had "demoralized" written all over it. As they usta say in Brooklyn, wait til next year.

I just hope we stop using cap money to pick up discarded players. It's clear nothing is going to help much at this point. I also hope we don't use any draft picks to make trades with other teams.

The problem here is really just no leadership. Honestly alot of these guys have been here and didnt play this bad before.  There's no one to stand up and say were not letting them go down field on us.  They lost that when suggs went down. And on offense flacco's got no legitiment threat to catch but Smith Sr.  His two dropped tds in the end zone were just painful to watch.  Hell this whole season.  But im not gonna sit here and say theses players suck cause you know what? A lot of these guys are returning from last year so thats not the excuse its just a lack of play makers and leadership thats hurting us considering we've hung in every game thus far.  You can cleary see those are our two biggest issues! No matter what and as painful as this season might be ill still be watching every game cheering my team on GO RAVENS!!!

Pees prepared for Kaepernick's legs. How else do u explain nine or eleven men at or near the line with no one at least ten yards back? I don't buy that Harbs yelled at the corner on the missed play because whoever set the players positions has got to go. Jimmy? I'd rather have Torrey for the contract number and let all the nay sayers scream about his best asset is getting interfered with. As far as I can tell Kaep had no problem hitting Torrey. Since when is Jimmy Smith Revis?

Now we understand 2013 perfectly, because we are re-living it. With Marlon Brown the only possession receiver, Flacco threw 22 picks that year trying to force the ball to a guy who couldn't get open. It was feast or famine. Either Brown got a TD (had 7 that year) or the ball was picked. What else do you expect Joe to do? Gotta try and make a play somewhere. At least this year we have a running game, but Trestman has no idea what to do with it. Amazing. Didn't they run the ball in the CFL, super genius? Thank goodness for Steve Smith. He's the only Raven playing like a Raven.

This is John Harbaugh's offense. He's the Captain of the Ship. If something is not working, it's up to the Captain to adjust accordingly! The only adjustments he makes during a game is to his britches. He's a SOFT COACH with no killer instincts until the 4th quarter when he begins opening his eyes and seeing a football game in progress. Mr Bisciotti it's hard to believe you allow one of your business managers to fail in one half the business (Offense)and in the other half (Defense)! Are you hiring??

We've lost a lot of people to injuries and have been scraping the bottom of the barrel for replacements. I don't really blame anybody for this. But I do hope that we don't give away our future draft picks to try to resuscitate this season. At the rate we're going, those picks will be high up in the draft. This is also an opportunity to let some of the rookies play to gain experience. Some cuts need to be made, but right now is not the time. Receivers can't get open; that's a big problem. Crockett Gillmore is going to be a star if he can stay healthy. So is Carl Davis.
