I can't stand Pees!, but he didn't run out on to the field and trip Wright.

How many band-aids does OZ have to bring in before FO realize its the coach? Wright is a guy who got cut from a team with one of the worst pass defenses. Why sign him in the first place and then put him in a do or die situation. Why not Asa, Arrington, or any player that been in the system longer than 3 days?  Stop asking a player to do something he's not cable to do. Ravens should never play cover zero.

With the way the defense is playing there is little to no room for Flacco to mess up, so two turnovers put the Ravens under. AGAIN the defense was dissected by a so-so QB.....question, why was Monroe jogging to the line with seconds left? Wow, and we wonder why we lost. Oh well.....at least we can have a good draft at this rate. GO RAVENS!

A perfect or flawed defense it does not matter. Two interceptions aganist the 31st ranked defense is ridiculous. That second one made me throw up in my mouth. Jump ball Joe. Even the TD was a jump ball. That stuff has go to stop.

I don't mind losing seasons here and there - hey, they're bound to happen - I just hate that Steve Smith Sr. has to go out retiring on one. Especially after spending all those years losing in Carolina. Should have been a Raven from day 1. No one deserves a Super Bowl win more than SSS. Sigh.

Wow did anybody notice how slow they moved at the end of the game. It was truly like no one wanted to win. They seem to be just going through the motions. Flacco was the best player on the niners team. Those were not interceptions they were gift rapped presents for a season boosting win for the niners. Ok here are the facts we are an emotionless undisciplined mess. And seriously flacco is You fillin the rest. I hate this season. For real it ended when suggs got hurt. Zero leaders on the defense...

I don't think an year of high draft picks is going to save this team(top 10 picks). Joe need to take pay-cut and be paid like Dalton ..We need consistently atleast 5 years worth of high draft picks (not Elam and AB like picks also) , time for them to develop another 5 years for us to be serious contenders ...thats if all goes to plan ..remembers the bengals , they were terrible for 10-12 years in 90s ..now they have been drafting really well from 2009 and we have been abysmal .Its not all on Pees .Does he like putting Wright on cover zero ..hell no ..He is not a Bum stopped Brady the year we won SB ..people do have short memory ..When a team looses like this its never one persons fault ..

I don't watch every game on the TV, let me say that, but we have got to be the worst defense in the league. We are Kingmakers when it comes to opposing QB's. Not only do we have problems with players staying on their feet each week (it seems), but we give up more 30 yards passes than anyone, I bet. And for heaven's sake, why do we have such a hard time with staying on our feet in the secondary. Are we getting juked off our feet, are we tripping over our own feet, are we tired and just want to sit down during the play??? What is going on with that, we're leaving receivers wide open. Heck, I hope we play the worst QB in the league (whoever that is) this year, because he is going to look like a king by the end of that game, watch!

I can't argue with your last sentence. I mean truer words were never spoken. We need 14 guys on the field. I wonder if the NFL would give us a waiver.

Had enough of Steve Smith. If my memory is correct he now has dropped 4 touchdown passes in the end zone this season. All potentially cost us games. I'll give it to him to even be in the lineup and he is adding up the stats but he drops too many big catches. Likely the reason we have him. Time to retire Steve. This season is over.

Really not much to say, just have to ride this lost season, and support the team....Hard to do, but has to be done....And lets draft a shutdown CB.....Might not seem like a sexy pick, but god knows we need one.....

Yeah, right? Look at this guy, 36 years, playing with broken bones and still being one of the top wide receivers on the league, and certainly our MVP alongside Yanda.

One lesson Ozzie and Decosta can take away from the last few seasons, "right player, right price" is all good in theory, but we've learned the hard way that it may be worth a little premium to retain veteran playmakers who can be relied on to stay healthy and are tough enough to play through injuries.

Sure, Torrey got 5 million more from San Fran, but the kid has also never missed a game played while being dinged up. Heck his family even powered through amd supported him playing through the painful period when he lost a sibling.

5 million over 5 years seems like a drop in the bucket now, doesn't it? Instead we get softies like Perriman, Canty and Munroe who seem to miss a game for every one played, and Webby who's been like a china doll since sigining. And why did we guarantee money to a guy coming off a devestating hip injury?

We need to start assessing physical and mental toughness when deciding who to draft and which veteran free agents to sign.

I put that on the Defensive Coordinator. You put a guy that was just cut in cover zero against a burner like Torrey Smith. Stupid. That's that same as putting Chykie Brown or a safety one on one with AJ Green, Pees has no clue on personnel and coverage.

Yep, Even Rich Gannon was on the broadcast saying "where's the safety? What are they doing?" Pees is all about one on ones, not scheme. And we don't have nearly the talent on this roster to go one on one against anyone. How do we know this? Crapernick passed for 350 yards, McCown 457, Carr 300+...need I say more? I will still be rooting every Week for my team, but man this is depressing and frustrating, some of the worst football I have seen in the Ravens 20 year history.

to ....hashtag below.....Steve Smith was on a losing team because he contributed to the losses just like he is doing with us. Lots of stats but.....had enough of Steve Smith....too much talking not enough contributions.

Really no excuse to leave Wright 1 on 1 with T.Smith with zero safety help, did Pees really think he could keep up with T.Smith if he got a step on him??? Q, and T.Smith made our secondary look ridiculous....And one again, poor form tackling, Q was running over everyone...

Well, today the Ravens proved that they are equally bad on both sides of the ball. While the defense gave up its usual assortment of big plays and left people open all afternoon (no surprise here), the offense dropped td passes, threw horrendous interceptions, and accumulated their normal amounts of three and outs. This is just a god awful team. Even Tucker once again missed a fiedl goal that could have made the difference. Ok, blame the field if you want, but that is two games in a row now and is starting to get worrisome. One and five says they are finished. Good grief, already.

Yeah, and how about letting Boldin go over $1 mil, I think it was? Not positive on the exact amount, but want all that much in the grand scheme of things. Not sure what the strategy is here moving forward, but man are we missing some of the guys we have let walk away. Edited by BillyD

I get a chuckle out of those that look forward to the draft next year. The draft alone is not going to solve the issues of this team. They will most likely trade back anyway to stockpile picks and still not get anyone that will be able to contribute in the first year. So sad to see just how far we have fallen. A lot of house cleaning needs to be done. Defense >>>> total makeover and the first out the door is Pee's. Offense has issues too especially with no playmakers. And I'm sorry Joe but you aren't living up to that contract of yours. Your self pride (if you have it) should cause you and your agent to rework for the best of all concerned and that is the team.

Guys remember when we had Ray Lewis, and Ed Reed, and Boldin and Torrey, and Pitta and Suggs and we won a Superbowl. If only for a second, it felt nice to be nostalgic about the past :)

Every team has a bad year. I can't blame our fan reactions because we're not used to this feeling. I guess we try to get through every week, hope there are big changes during the season (and offseason) and look forward to next year

If we are not going to play defense, lets reconstruct Joe Cool contract and get some playmakers in here and have shootouts every week. Because this defense blows.

This is clearly a bad team. They will always find a way to lose. What did the pundits see when they thought this was a Super Bowl team? This team is clearly full of itself. It got away from the basics. If one looks back to everything it's easy to see how this team was reading and believing the headlines and forgot that games are won on the field. I know this might look like piling up, but Harbaugh became too cute. Those teams' joint practices were a waste. Getting away from the tradition of playing away games and coming right back home to get ready for the next game might have did us in. He really believes that he is the smartest guy alive. No one can convince me that this team is better coached today than in previous years.

Actually, I feel certain that this year's Ravens team is as badly a coached team as we have had. Why did we have to waste a time-out early in the second half? Why did Harbaugh throw a challenge flag on an Obviously completed pass made by Boldin, and waste yet another time-out? Harbaugh has Never been a good game-time coach and today it looked at times like he was very close to losing control of himself. Years past we had Very good coaches. Proof of that is there if you just look around the league and see many, many successful coaches. When Kubiak left and took coaches with him, Harbaugh's replacements were vastly inferior. And Pees has been bad since he's been here. Harbaugh is fast losing my confidence too. I agree with you that he should stick to what has always been done instead of coming up with these hair brained ideas of his. I think he really needs to have a serious look in the mirror and ask himself when and how he lost these players. Seeing them jogging to the line in those last seconds was infuriating. It so looked like they just didn't care. That was truly pathetic and they should be too ashamed to cash their game checks this week, accept for SSS, even though he did drop two TD passes. He's, at least, ALWAYS trying and leaving Nothing on the field.

SSS, Forsett, Allen, Aiken and Givens had outstanding games. Our receivers would be even better if our less than elite QB could throw a pass that actually hit them anywhere close to the numbers. He seem to be good at throwing PERFECT passes to our opponents.

Bad coaching, bad decision making by Flacco, terrible play in the secondary. There was no motivation on the offense during that last drive, and I have no motivation to remain optimistic about the season. We can afford 1 more loss this season for any hope of making the playoffs, and this isn't a team that can pull off any kind of winning streak. Next week we'll hope to go win against a pissed off Arizona team that just got handed its first loss of the season by Pittsburgh. Carson Palmer is a better QB than anyone we've played so far and everyone before him has torn us apart. Monday night looks like it will be a train wreck. And if we pull off the miraculous victory... we're 2-5. Wow, inspiring. Hey, still love my Ravens though, but man we just can't get it together. We have always been a team that has played with its heart on its sleeve, and we still do that. At the end of the game today, this team oozed hopelessness.
