Calm is fine for awhile - but now, drastic action is needed. Cuts need to be made. A coach or two (Dean Pees, anyone?) needs to be fired. In other words, shake up the locker room and the coaches' offices. Get rid of the complacency and light some fires under the collective posteriors of the team and the coaching staff and let them know that more effort will be needed or further action will follow.

Harbs is not going any where... at least not till the end of next year's season. I would rather see changes in some of these assistant coaches first, give Ozzie one more try (I hate too) to pick better players, and find a way to clean up this cap and dead money mess.
