only reason flacco is bad in the forth because he as no good WR's group help imagine if we had WR's group like packers or seahawks because they know how get open for their QB

bouldin making catches even when a defender is all over him, with a pees drawn defense of guys standing 10 yards off of players its gonna be a day of easy catches for him and torrey. I'm accepting the fact that this is a season of making bad teams look good.

I could not believe my eyes watching the most blatant dirty play by Shelton. The obvious intent was point blank to injure RB Allen by pulling the leg upwards in an unnatural position way after Buck was stopped. It's been a long time since I have seen an act this obviously dirty after a play. What, did Shelton think the camera angles wouldn't reveal it? I hope the rookie Shelton gets his first taste of a big, fat NFL fine. Now that's 1 dirty player I will be watching closely next time we meet up.

Our problems are so numerous it's hard to expect much improvement in the short term. I know how many people, myself included, realize that Pees needs to go, but I don't think that one move will make a big difference. It's more likely that a total look at the coaching staff will be done at year's end, when more coaches are available. The injuries, the lack of talent, the Coordinators, Harbs' stubbornness, the absolutely inexcusable number of stupid and costly penalties; all this won't be fixed by firing Pees. We're just going to have to play this season out, probably wind up with a fairly high draft choice, and see what happens at the end of the season when the brass gets together. We all have to know Steve Bisciotti is becoming more and more unhappy with what he's seeing. It'll be Very interesting to see what happens. I think we all should hold onto our seats then.

Agreed!  Also, Joe recently has not much of an opportunity to get on the field in the fourth quarter, since the Defense can't seem to get off the field! :th_shame:  All these factor's matter and need to be looked at when it comes down to stat's! They can be so far fetched and one sided!

If the defense can stop leaking points like a cheap tin roof full of holes every time the opposing team gets the ball, then the Ravens can start winning. It would appear that teams have gone to great detail to find flaws in the defense's schemes, if the defense can not adjust to this......well, at least we will get a great draft next year! LOL GO RAVENS!

A good thought exercise is to take any decent team in the NFL and apply all the injuries, guys playing hurt, or guys returning from significant injuries like fractures or tears similar to what we have to significant starters - and imagine how well those teams would be playing with the baggage that we're carrying.

People forget Pitta has a franchise Tightend's contract and has basically been out for 2 seasons now. That's your TE1. He's not dominating force like Gronk, but still a reliable target like say, a Witten of Heath Miller. We lost Jimmy last year to a foot fracture... something that may have caused him to lose a step. He's no Revis or Sherman, but maybe closer to a Joe Haden type. We lost Perriman. Easiest comparison since neither have played any snaps is Kevin White of Chicago. We lost Suggs. Since he is a dominating force and with him, Dumervil a dominating duo, imagine if Denver were to lose Von Miller or Demarcus Ware. Would they be as effective with one guy drawing double teams? And how much more pressure do you think their secondary would take on as a result?

You kinda see where I'm going with this? The problem is, we don't have one or two playmakers or game changers out. We've got all those guys out at the same time. In spite of that we keep losing games by 3 points here, 6 points there... which is definitely frustrating. But we have to acknowledge that these coaches are muddling through the last two seasons with one hand tied behind their back constantly.

It's not about the quantity of players on IR the last two years. Everybody suffers through injuries. It's about the substantive quality of key playmakers and puzzle pieces that are either camped on our PUP and IR lists, or are returning from IR after suffering injuries that impact their performance going forward.

We will find out who has "esprit de corps" in the coming weeks. Joe it's time to show us exactly what you are made of.

It is unreasonable to put everything on Flacco's shoulders. It takes more than one player to play as a team.

How many players are Left on the practice squad?

LOL! I feel you here brother! I keep expecting a news release that the Ravens have activated the equipment guy and a parking attendant at the castle to play. :) GO RAVENS!

Sometimes I'm not sure about PFF's rankings. Mosely is aall over the damn field is dropping back in coverage a lot to support our lousy secondary. He also has his run stopping assignments. Throw we're lacking vets in field with experience that can diagnose offenses and CJ is spread too thin and trying to do too much. How does PFF account for all that? They don't. There is no grading on curves in their formula.

Also, from the list of players that went "UP" in PFF rankings, 5 are injured and at least questionable if not on IR for week 6.  Sucks.

Jeremy Zuttah, Daryl Smith, and CJ Mosely with bad ratings this week...... That is really concerning for me more so than any of the other low rated players. Mosely may be going through the sophomore slump, at least I hope that is all.... It would be really hard for him to top his rookie year; Zuttah is a stellar center, hoping he picks it up and starts playing better; Daryl Smith has me most concerned.... As a player who stepped into Ray Lewis's position, and has been a great player every game, I am wondering if some injury is holding him back, he is one tough, smart, top notch defensive player for us...... On the other hand glad to see Eugene Monroe back! :)

Let's just play our younger players and see what we really have going into 2016. Let Webb, Forsett, Smith Sr, Canty and Gilmore heal. I can deal with losing if we use the game productively to evaluate guys and see them improve, all the while our draft stock climbs. We basically should look at the remainder of 2015 as preseason for 2016. Figure out if guys like Brown and Jackson and Babin and Melvin really belong on the team going forwards. Get some youngsters playing time.

Ross played well BUT you can't get tackled on the 12 yard line bringing it out of the endzone in OT. Gotta laugh at some of these stats that they dig up. Flacco worst QB in 4th quarter.....with practice squad type WR's.

Funny thing about Flacco being the worst 4th qtr Qb this year is that he was Mr. 4th quarter for years leading up to this. Now with trestman commanding mostly the same players on offense and we suddenly can't rally in fourth quarters or convert on 3rd downs. It's all in the play calling. I wish Joe would go all 2012 and just do what he feels comes naturally. Sometimes I think these OCs want to control too much rather than let Joe diagnose for himself and call audibles. I saw that happen early in the game where Joe gave audibles because of something he saw. They went up 14-3. Second half, no audibles, too many 3 and outs from trying to make too many low percentage down field throws and we take the loss. Coincidence? I think not.

Ok flacco I know our receivers suck but I'm tired of this. I need you to be our ekite 120 million ab like how Rodgers and Brady are for their teams!

OK time for all you guys to blame it on the WR and "pressure" from the line... come on out and defend Joe. I need at least -10 on this. So tired of hearing about no one open and the line playing bad... look at the numbers the line is playing good and there are a lot of times WR are running open and not getting the ball. He DOES NOT go through progressions and often times ignores a whole side of the field - not to mention there have been a ton of just bad balls behind and over people. IDK what's going on but "we gotta do better" is status quo now. BTW Joe is tied for 18th in sacks and 3rd in attempts... as usual bottom 10 in completion percentage and 26th in rating... number 8 in INT... and a lot of the times he was sacked he just holds on to the ball forever.... When you're a top paid QB it gets to the point being bad at all the "good" stats and good at all the "bad" stats needs to be addressed, regardless of fan boys.

Rodgers has one SB (same as Flacco) and far less postseason appearances and wins. Brandy has no game integrity.  Joe is doing an outstanding job at playing the game.

Its not Joe's fault if the Defense can't hold the other team in the second half. Its not Joe's fault when the team has Double Digit Penalty's every week. I do agree The offense needs to be not so vanilla. Joe needs to do some rollouts, mis-directions, wide receivers running out of the backfield, and having screen passes not sniffed out all the time. With all this adversity I think this will make Joe a Better Quaterback, especialy when he gets SSS back, and hopefully next year a Stud Reciever in free agency.
