i think givens will be ok when he gets more reps with flacco and a trust develops. the rest of the receiving corps is bad. what happened to maxx williams. boyle has won more reps over our 2nd rd pick maxx willams and is outplaying him as well. hope williams is not another arthur brown.

If Harbs hadn't called that 2 point after and went and got the 1 point the score at the end of regulation would have been 31 to 30 and the Ravens would have won. That is the only fact I can remember about the game.

I don't blame anything on the offense. Yeah, sure Flacco could have hit Aiken on that bomb or whatever, but no QB is 100% for a lot of reasons. I really believe you cannot let an opponent score 33 points or even 28 points and expect to win, especially a team like Cleveland, although they're probably talking about us that way, now that we're alone in the AFC North cellar.

Moving forward (always), with our shaky, scratch that, awful defense, particularly the secondary, which has been ravaged by injuries and uneven play to put it mildly, we need to score 40 points every game, figuring we'll give up 30 some points to any team...ugh!

Did anyone else watch Q playing out of his mind last night? He had 8 receptions - more than OBJ on the Giants. This is three years after we traded him for some stupidly low pick because he was "too old" and "at the end of his career". If anything, he looked faster and stronger, and he was definitely outplaying Torrey. It was enough to make you want to barf.

One catch for officially one yard.  And another one that went literally right through his hands - and we needed it very badly.  I have tried really hard to like this guy, but in my opinion he has not only used up this three strikes (pardon the sports switch), but a few extras as well.  He has had more than enough time to show his potential if it is really there, and "athletic ability" can only carry you so far.  Catch the freaking ball or give the space to someone who can.

Ross did a great job for his first game off the practice squad.  He had more confidence and played with more attitude than some of the guys that have been on the team for a while.  Makes you wonder if there might be another hidden gem or two that we need to shake out of the PS.
