I wouldnt argue with switching to a 4-3.

Suggs and Doom would most likely be successful DEs but idk how Jernigan or Guy fit in.

Carl Davis certainly has the size to be a 4-3 DT

The Ravens' linebackers coaches should be the first in line to get a shot at being DC, either Martindale (the ILB coach) or Monachino (the OLB coach).
