Yes fire Pees. As for Trestman I definitely think he stays. He's running an offense he isn't used to and we are putting up enough points to be in these games our defense puts us in.

If our defense could stop anything and our offense played the same way everyone would be thrilled with Trestman. He's doing his job the defense needs to do theirs.

Both Webb and Davis was out. The only outside cornerback The Ravens had was Tray Walker and  I can understand The Ravens not trusting him at the moment since he is raw rookie cornerback, Pee really had no choice but to put Arrrington on the outside. I honestly thought Arrington was a capable outside corner but only against smaller receivers but it seems he just not a good outside cornerback period.

This has been talked about fairly extensively since CJ was drafted. I can't be bothered digging up all the old points, but it's not some impulsive idea born out of being upset from losing today.

i mean yea but right now brandon williams is the best player on our team and is in the conversation for the best run stuffer in the nfl... like i said guy could probably do well but i mean who are we going to stick at ends... when we line up in a 4-3 every now and then we run with canty sometimes on the outisde who has no athletisicm timmy who has not lived up to last season... i mean yea i like the 4-3 for one side because they would put in a 3-4 olb but we dont have the athleticism for a 4-3 i could see it if we had Pernell still

Yes because instead of 1-4, we'd be 3-2 if we had an actual defensive coordinator with a clue.

this. that vick game was just sloppy and we got super super lucky cause of their kicker. if roesthlisberger played we wouldve lost 48-20 and be looking at 0-5. i wont be surprised at all if we go 3-13 this season.

rebuild the whole defensive backfield and get some pass rushers pees uses the blitz db's can't cover don't blitz and the opposing qb has all day to throw. this defense just has so many holes.

The Bad: I feel bad for SSS not only does he get injured but the season will be over for us before he gets back

Bring Ray Lewis #52 in to be a defensive coordinator I bet he could get this defense fired up and he knows enough about defense to call the right plays at the right time.

I think we need Ray and Ed in the worst way.  We need knowledge and discipline. Talent will have to come after we give Newsome his walking papers.  He's too old.  Lets not mince words over it.  The man is out of touch with football. His time has come and gone.

Are u seriously placing Mosley in to that list ? Really ? He's a heck of a player and while struggled today and generally in man to man coverage, he SHINES in every other aspect. Imho it's DCs job to use players as efficiently as possible, ie. not putting Mosley all the time man to man against TE/WR.. That leaves me barking at Pees.

To be fair I never said ozzie should be fired. Anyone who thinks that is really over reacting. But you can't deny how he has failed this off-season.

He failed with what kendrick... breshad... jacoby... positives were kyle he had a pretty good game today and can blitz well he got will davis who through 5 quarters looks as good as jimmy is... he kept forsett... got maxx nick in the draft... i mean no one in this league can be magical every year

WR and CB are huge issues in their own right, but pass rusher is by far the biggest weakness right now.  If you have a threat on the edge, it can help to elevate the play of the secondary.  QBs are completely confident in the pocket right now because they know the only way someone is getting to them is off of the blitz (which is easily recognizable) and interior pressure, which isn't happening that often right now.

Of all of our problems I put Ozzie at the top. 

 

His personnel decisions post championship have killed us. He doesn't understand our weaknesses. Truly has no clue, because hes old. Last year he had an episode in Chicago. I know because I was there. He's collecting checks now.

 

Anyway Mosely can't cover and the worse our secondary gets the more clear that becomes. Sergio had a bad knee when drafted.

 

I blame Oz and though Pees needs to be the immediate scalp, Oz must go.

I agree that Pees is part of the problem but injuries are a viable excuse. Football depth in the nfl is not like college, where unless the player is a superstar it's not missed usually.

Your blind hatred for the guy is understandable but like everything is going a little too far. I agree. He should be fired. But no defensive or offensive or HC can succesfully have a good team with the amount of injuries we have on both sides of the ball.

When you already have a awful secondary having the worst coverage linebacker in the league doesn't help much. I'd honestly rather have UPSHAW back there for coverage. Mosley's been nothing this year.
