"Perriman Out". I am shocked. (Where's the sarcasm button?) However, the day I read "Perriman In", I WILL be shocked for real.

I would like to see Givens get behind the defense for a couple bombs.. It would be a pleasent surprise if Sr played. Im not expecting him to but man I sure would feel a lot better with Sr leading the WR core, and Givens as a deep threat then Aiken and Brown alone.

If Marlon, Kamar and Givens are going to light it up... this is the week to step into the spotlight. A banged up Browns secondary and a team that will load the box to sale out at trying to stop Forsett... this should be a good week for them to shine. If they don't shine this week... it may not happen. Need some early success in the passing game in order to get the running game going later! Whos gonna shine?

Perry who? Please stop and just let us know when he's coming back. Pretty please. And make Givens a punt returner? And get him injured and have to sign someone else? Bring back Asa or even Ross but leave him to his WR duties.

Whose Perrimann??????

Since he's on the active 53 roster, they have to list his status on the injury report.   Rules are rules.

If Jackson could hold onto the ball he'd make a good punt returner. Put him back in, let's see if he can get it right.

It's weird to me that people haven't made as big a deal of Monroe's absence as they should have. I mean, what are the top 2 positions that get drafted in round 1, year after year? QB and LT. For us to lose Eugene in the first quarter of the first game, and have to put in a former undrafted rookie in James Hurst, is a big deal. Thank god Flacco has been so incredibly reliable.

The problem is, holding onto the ball is the most critical aspect of the job. Flubbing a single punt at a critical time can cost a game and, given our zero margin for error, could cost us a season.

Whose Perrimann??????

He's the kid who trip over the chalk line and got "soft tissue" that turned into a ligament damage because he has week imune system and that  takes longer to heal any injury. You know, the kid Ozzie did months of studying & research and selected him as his number one pick for 2015.and passed up on Landon Collins, Dorial Green-Beckham,and Damarious Randall

We're really going to start whining about Perriman in a "who's playing and who's not" piece? He's out ... you know it ... and we have to report it.

What do you want people to say about Monroe being out since week 1? There's no time table on a return from a concussion. I'm pretty sure most people realize that. Unlike all the other injuries, he can't play until an independent Dr. clears him to play.  It is what it is.

Kick returner has to be the least important "position" on an NFL team. This time of the year most KO's just go out of the back of the end zone. All we need is someone who can catch the ball and take a knee....plus hopefully, the Browns are only gonna kickoff once or twice in this game.

Punts are another story. You can't just let the ball bounce and turn a 45 yard punt into a 65 yarder. So someone has to be back there that can field the thing without botching it. We just need someone sure handed and conservative.

Webb's actually been very good with that, which is why whenever we're receiving a punt that is going to be inside our 20, he's the one we use. Sure handed and almost always guaranteed to just call for a fair catch.

Good grief why cant both Canty and Monroe stay healthy? Its infuriating. Didnt this team go through the same thing last year with these two. Always out. Something is always wrong. Neither can make it through a 16 game schedule it their life depended on it. Pretty much had it with both of them.

Several of those on this blog have been very disrespectful of Perriman.....not sure why. Of those that demean him, how many have ever had a meaningful sports injury. Some just take longer then others......doesn't say he is faking.....

We should lay off him, or we will kill his will to do well here before he even plays.....this is not how Raven Nation should act toward one of our own....

Gillmore being out is a big deal.We need Gillmore to get healed for this offense to move the ball. His presence was missed in Pittsburgh.

I'm worried about just how long he's going to be out. As you can see, Canty also has a calf injury and is out for his 4th week. If Gillmore's injury is on the same level, we could be looking at another couple weeks out.

Calf injuries vary but can be really bad. Of course, we'll only know how bad his is based on weekly reports.

I honestly believe #Agent89 will be active for a few plays on Sunday, Perriman's name is #CantGetright till he sees the field. Gilmore is needed. Big Subtraction from the @Ravens Offense weapons. Still should defeat Browns.

It looks like the Browns might be reeling in the secondary and with a poor run defense, I can't see any reason whatsoever that we don't have guys step up to roll to a 14 point victory.

Our staff should have handled the KR position over the offseason. This is what they put out for our options... Steve Smith - 36 years old /// Campanaro - injury prone. Is it that hard to sign a guy with speed only to play that position. What happened to the days when we signed guys just to play that position, Yamon Figurs etc

It's called a salary cap...along with greedy players...

I thought it was overkill when we drafted two tight ends; especially as well as Gilmore was playing by the end of the season. Might just pay off now.

In spite of a couple of pre-season fumbles Jackson looks like our best bet.  Fumbling is something that can be cured.

I am concerned/worried also about how serious Gillmore's injury is but I have heard zip about how whether it is a minor strain or major tear. I posted last week that the only recent player reference I am aware of was Victor Cruz and he was out for 6 weeks during training camp, etc, then reinjured it a bit when he came back. So yes, I am worried too. Gillmore is among the most promising of our offensive weapons and I am hoping that it is not a 6 week plus injury. Bummed.
