We have another law firm on the team.  This year it's in the secondary with Will Davis and Will Hill.

Will and Will Law Firm, their slogan, "We got you covered"!

I'd warn us not to get ahead of ourselves here. Davis has had one game. I hope it all continues to work out but Vick hasn't been much of a passer in years, even McCown will present more of a challenge next week. I want to see our secondary take on a real pocket QB which we won't get until the Cards in a couple weeks, this stretch of Vick, McCown and Kaepernick is a pretty forgiving one for the secondary, its more of a test of our front 7 which was never really in question to begin with.

Yeah... although I still think that Melvin was given an unfairly big task: everyone knows that Brady's favourite strategy is identifying the weak link on the opponent's secondary and then keep throwing at him all day. And that game it was Melvin. I's not a knock on him - it's just the way it was.

oh i agree 100%, id also like to point out what melvin looks like currently... just a reason to temper expectations about will davis, because is scary how similar their first snaps as ravens went lol

This weekend watch Webb and the way he flapping his arms when he runs.

lol you're mad because you talked all sorts of crap all offseason and he has been the most consistent DB we have this year.

This is true, but Melvin got his first snaps against the Jaguars, Davis was covering possibly the best WR in the league and did pretty good. Davis was also a 3rd round pick so he has potential and our FO sees something. Not that Melvin doesn't have potential, just saying that Davis could turn out to be a very good player. We can groom players, Dolpins can't. We obviously need to see more of him to wait and see how he turns out, but definitely has potential.

It's too early to get too excited and I think a few more games under their belt will only make things better. The Browns are a tough win for us. Let's get it rolling fast please.

Will Davis played ok for us. I wouldnt mind seeing more of him on Sunday... But ultimately if you want to see how good our secondary is lets get the pass rush ramped up and get creative with the blitzes and then we will see how good the secondary is when they start getting picks

These are FACTS because that's how I rock! The secondary hasn't been getting the credit they deserve, put the Ravens in a position to win it all regardless of giving up the lead Joe got them they were still in a position to win against the pats and threw it all away! Held manning under 20pts and still no props! Me, myself, personally, in all three regards tip my hat to them if no one else will! LETS GO!

Defense just never seems to jell. You look at player by player and we're very talented but the end result rarely impresses me. I think we need a better defensive system. Just don't see us ever being a dominant defense with the way things are going.
