Ravens Break Big Streak

14 posts in this topic

The Steelers had not lost a lead of 13 points (at any time during the game) at home since 1964.

The Steelers had only once previously lost a 13-point lead under Tomlin (at Cincinnati in 2009).

The "what" is impressive, but even more so is the "how".

  1. The Ravens did it primarily with the run.
  2. The Ravens won despite a -2 turnover margin

Pretty cool, but Vick...

So what's your excuse when QB like Batch and Lefty beat teams in Pittsburgh? Edited by GrimCoconut

No excuse, was just joking. My bad, I'll be more serious from here on.

Good. Be more serious. There's not enough around here.

Or make a joke a little more obvious.

Again, sorry. I am slow and stupid.

Me, too. It's okay. We'll be slow and stupid together.

Its the only way to be. These uber smart people, yuck! I think I've sufficiently derailed another thread. Yay for me!

But, regardless, putting an end to a Steelers streak is always a good thing, no matter if it was Ben or Vick.

It's pretty cool when you think about all the good teams that played them there.

One day we'll be smart, too.

No offense to filmstudy, but if you want to ask someone about this, go talk to "The Raven". He's a former RG and I always go to him for OL questions.
