Week 5 Discussion (Other Teams)

I'm

Surprised you guys still have him rostered. I couldn't imagine a scenario where you start him.

I don't like cutting guys too much unless it is clear they aren't doing anything, this is pretty much his last shot, that and it being a 16 team league. Him going against Houston also played a factor or I probably would have taken the safer but low reward pick.

Well looks like I spoke too soon. Nice move by you.

I know it's week five but can whomever wins the fifth seed just automatically advance to the divisional round? I mean who wants to sit through another similar snooze fest like we did with the Cardinals-Panthers. Winner of the AFC South is virtually guaranteed the fourth seed with no hope of getting any of the top 3 seeds.

Who do we want to lose? Colts I assume?

Does it matter? Just like last year with the NFC South. The Cardinals got an easy pass into the divisional round due to the NFC South being so horrible. The AFC South is just leaving off where the NFC South finished.

Colts fans want Pagano gone so badly. That penalty isn't going to help his popularity.

He's gone by the end of the season, if not sooner.

I figured Houston would show up against a divisional rival, at home, during prime-time.

I was wrong.

I also figured that if I stopped watching the NFL it would be due to them moving the Superbowl to London, or because they started playing too many games like basketball, baseball, and hockey. But it's the flags that might drive me away.

It's a matter of when, and after what game do the Colts fire Pagano. Their schedule coming up is brutal.

- Patriots(SNF)

- Saints

- Panthers(MNF)

- Broncos

Then they get a BYE after all that lol.

Mallett rooting hardcore for the Colts defense right now.

EDIT: I really like Brian Hoyer lol.

Most likely every Texans fan agrees with you lol. Like seriously, the offense is so much better with Hoyer, how O'Brien thought keeping Mallet the starter was even an option to begin with is beyond me.

That would be an idiotic move. But I will always want Irsay to fail.

What was Toler doing?? He pushed the rest of his own secondary away from Strong.

Maybe he had him on his fantasy team?

It could happen. Hoyer has brought the Texans back in it. There is a good chance they win this one the way Hoyer is playing. Dropping Indy to 2-3, they will be 2-4 after they lose to the Patriots again. They lose to the Saints, 2-5, Panthers 2-6 and could be looking at 2-7 at their BYE with a loss to the Broncos. Then they got the Falcons coming off their bye week. I honestly don't see the Colts winning another game until Week 12 against the Bucs. This is even if Andrew Luck plays in all those games.
