Can someone explain to me two things, what exactly is an Illeagal Shift Penalty and how is it caused? Second, how can a RB get a TD when all he does is stretch out and get it to touch the goal line, I thought just like a Passing TD, shouldn't the RB have BOTH feet in the Endzone as well?
