The ravens have to be in the market for a WR, practice squads, trades, something. I'm surprised they haven't shown interest in nick toon, who was at least average

I wonder if we had someone different calling the plays for the second half. Because the defense kinda worked

They didn't dial up anything more aggressive than prior games....the players and coaches did their job. Players at least tried to make some effort this time. Their technique and effort was there.

he changed it. The corner backs played closer to the LOS, will hill was nearer the LOS because they weren't throwing deep. He blitzed the middle linebackers more than the past 2 weeks, much like he did against denver

Got the Browns and 49ers coming up.  If we play decently, we can be 3 - 2 going into the Cardinals game, that we'll probably get crushed in.  Cards is followed by 3 home games and a bye in the middle.

Going to be in interesting couple of months ahead of us.

True, I predicted .500 at the bye. .500 looks like a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow right now. Geesh.

Pees better call that agressive defense from now on. That second half was fantastic

It was a lot better...........Will Hill really became a force.........good instincts.............I can really see Webb getting better each week. He's coming back to form............Brandon Marshall is a force........Jernigan...not so much.........but we outgained them and gave them the ball........plus missed it often going on fourth..............that was our game.  We won overcoming adversity...........and we do have the best kicker in the league.

I really hope our tackles can get it togeather. Bud Dupree is not that good.

Yeah this is what I'm most worried about l they have played awful this year .

they change and switch based on what opponents give them.  nothing changed, they did the same exact thing.

It seems like teams have enough to tape to Destroy our pass game. Either Blitz the tackles or double Steve.

But Hail to Ray Lewis and pray to Reed that our run game came alive. Just never ever Run off tackle.

I just heard Micheal Irvin and Marshall Faulk say Flacco was off today and that he should've just thrown the ball up on that 4th down.Off day throwing to who and throw it up and let who make a play?????Should he have lit up the steelers without his top three playmakers on the field?Should he really have thrown up a errant pass and leave the game in the hands of Marlon Brown,Kamar Aiken and Darren FREAKING Waller? These Flacco narratives kill me.Stop acting like Flacco sucks and just admit that we have nothing around him on offense and our line was horrible.

There's a reason those guys aren't coaches in the NFL. That would've been dumb as hell lol.

Actually we will play 7 games before the bye week.  Arizona is game 7 right before the bye.  We will most likely win against the Browns, 9ers, and lose to the Cardinals.  (3-4). At that point we could be on a roll with many home games.

Dude you know they would totally make play if given the chance. 9 times out of 10.  <_<

But seriously that pick was bad. Locked in on Smith with the CB staring at Joe. Besides the pick it was a typical Pit game. (Maybe the pick is also typical idk). Because it's not like we generally scorch their defense in the passing game or running game when we play.

Our offense played lights out for a regular season game at Heinz Field. Which is to say, we did find the end zone. Our run game worked. And the combo of Flacco, Aiken, Forsett, and Tucker saved our season with a good defensive showing.

Even if we had perfect offense the past three games, we'd have struggled because this is the Steelers. Remember, our foes are not pushovers when we're in their house. They never are.

Williams....

In regards to Jernigan, he will get better.

The receivers don't fumble and throw picks. I don't hate Flacco, just hate stupid posts pardoning his play.

Flacco won.........but it wasn't his best day by far.

I gotta tell you, I don't think he sees the rush...........nor reads a defense especially well..........I like him, but we have to run the ball for him to be effective. .......hes nowhere near the best that lead their teams by taking the team upon their own shoulders.

Thank you Steelers coaches for being even worse than our coaches in crunch time. The Steelers literally had 4 different opportunities to put the game away and just couldn't do it. Steelers fans are probably steaming mad right now and they should be. I still don't know how we won this. At least the team fought every time it looked like it was over. Can't question their heart.

As for us, Trestman's playcalling is GARBAGE. Just awful. Boyle and Camp bailed out his awful playcalling a few times, but he's really looking like Cam Cameron to me right now.

Flacco was so hot and cold, mostly cold. But without SSS and even Camp, this is what you can expect the offense to look like going forward. The OL is still suspect as heck.

The defense had some scares but they had some clutch 4th down stops so I'll spare them today. But I still don't like Pees, I think this team has enough talent to be a better defense than what they've shown. And special mention to Zadarius Smith, first sacks of his career.

I won't say anything about the season going forward because I still think they looked awful. But it's nice to not be winless.

Flacco actually played better after SSS & Camp went down. Odd but true. Playcalling might have changed once Trestman couldn't do his usual "just throw to SSS" game plan.

Defense did well today. Saw a lot more hustle but let's be honest. Ben would have had us down 30-7 in the first half.

We should be in the market since SSS is retiring and Perriman is hurt for the foreseeable future. What was team's plan anyway, draft another receiver or rely on a SSS-less wide receiving corps. Still can't give away too much in return so that could be the hindrance.

He's probably still not 100%. I really like the talent we've assembled along that d-line. Good to see a big game from Za'Darius Smith as well.

Our run game looked drastically improved as did our pass defense.

Flacco still looked awful out there.

Campanero played well and I'm glad to see Waller out there getting chances.

This was by far Joes worst game in a while, camp got carted off the field and Steves down. Sharp Regression.
