Benched Doug Martin after he crapped the bed the last 3 weeks. Started Danny Woodhead instead... 35 points vs. 1 point

Wow! That hurts.

Started three Jaguars this week, first time I've ever done that. Hurns, Robinson, Yeldon. Hurns disappointed, but Yeldon turned out to be the right pick. It was either him or Forsett. I've been trying to trade Hurns, but nobody will take him!

I changed Charles Sims for Tavon Austin at last minute and it cost me. Sims picked up 12 but Austin got -1. I ended up tying.

Despite going Woodhead over Doug Martin and accidentally playing Emmanuel Sanders, I pulled out the win by 2 points.

Marshawn lynch killed me in DFS last week. Didn't have a chance to check the late game inactives. Aggravating when you have the right matchup and still post a goose egg

Is Buck Allen still an attractive under-the-radar fantasy flyer? I picked him up but I'm sure if he'll still be as targeted in the passing game and I feel like he's likely to see an increase in stacked fronts with Matt Schaub under center.

I'm treating it like a rookie QB situation, where you expect the OC to just run the ball down the other side's throats as much as you can to compensate for his QB being generally useless.

Good points there. I don't have much at RB2. Carlos Hyde is down. I have both of the main Redskins RBs.Also have Alfred Blue and Spencer Ware, in case Charcandrick West sits on Sunday. Would you consider starting Allen over Ware and Blue?

I'm having my own dilemma with Blue, so in that regard your guess is as good as mine. Looking at the Houston-NO and Cleveland-Baltimore total points spreads, it looks like Vegas expects the former to be a higher-scoring affair (by about a TD) so you'd expect the ball to be aired out a little more. Gun to my head I'd probably roll with Allen, but they've both got a decent match-up and for the most part Blue hasn't been scoring too badly when he starts.

The thing with Ware that scares me a little is the Buffalo defensive front (where Cleveland and NO have both been a lot softer up front). But I'm probably overthinking that because at the end of the day this is still KC we're talking about.

I expect Allen to get around 20 or more touches a game (between runs and short passes) for the rest of the season.

Would it be worth dropping Starks for Allen? I have Lacy on my team along with Ingram, K. Williams and T.J. Yeldon.

Is it worth dropping Gostkowski (#1 kicker) for Cairo Santos (#3), because the latter has Baltimore and Cleveland (two sides that leak the most to kickers) in the last two weeks? I've pretty much clinched a first-round bye already (unless I lose this week by 160 points) so atm I'm looking for favourable matchups in the last two weeks.

You never know with kickers unless they totally suck. The effort is probably not worth it.

That's a fair point, and we've tightened up a lot defensively in the past three weeks.

The other dilemma I'm looking at is dropping Russell Wilson (Cleveland - not bad - and St Louis - ewww) for Matthew Stafford (NO and SF - both fantasy goldmines for QBs).

Are you talking after this week? Stafford is at Packers, Wilson at Vikings?

Under normal circumstances, I don't think there would be big points difference between them.

Nah, like I say this is my other league so I'm looking at the final two weeks of the season. Trying to find the guys who have good matchups before the mad rush begins.

That Richard Rodgers hail Mary brought me up from 8 points to 22 points. :)

lucky mug. James jones screwed me. Got a big ole 1 point thanks to that desperation play with the facemask.

So much for Eddie Lacy's return to form. I read that issues in practice put him in the doghouse, but giving him just 6 touches was entirely unexpected in my eyes. Strange move to pull on a player who's coming off a struggling patch and for a team that has struggled themselves recently.

Looks like I might have sneaked in to top 6 in a br.com legends league. 4 leagues, 4 playoff spots. First round bye in 3.

Hope I won't turn into A. Dalton in too many of them.

I'm down by 9 in my other league after benching Russell Wilson (34 points) for Stafford (17). He's done, while I've got Dez to go. Suffice it to say, I hope the Cowboys put on a clinic tomorrow.

Every change I made to my starting lineup turned out to be horrible this week. I benched Palmer for Carr, Ingram for Gurley, and D. Thomas for Landry. Freaking Landry didn't even score a full point. I'd have like thirty more points right now if I didn't make those changes.

I have a lead, but not much of one. I need for Antonio Brown and Dez Bryant to both be busts. That's probably not going to happen.

Another week where I've managed to outscore 8 teams in my league, but the 1 I didn't outscore is the one I was playing.  Person had Cam at 50 points, Buck at 38, and Odell at 32.  I counted and this is the 4th week that this has happened.  I would have beat anyone else but who I was playing.  I managed to miss the playoffs this year.

Since it's come back to bite me in the rear again this week, I'm done trying to play better matchups. I'm just going to stick who I think the best players are, and maybe who has a hot streak going.

Bah. In the end, didn't make it in the legends league - 4 way tie for 3 spots, I lost. 3rd in scoring total in the league, no playoffs.
