Possible Replacements?

I heard a lot of talk around the forums about dean pees getting fired, and I was wondering if you guys had any replacements in mind if he does get fired?

Just freaking promote from withing if you're going to do this. Honestly, have Ted M take over or something IDC. I just want Dean fired at this point so everyone would freaking shut up. Very little chance a midseason replacement is going to come in NOT from the organization.

I think you need to realize that people talked about Cam Cameron getting fired for about 2 years before it happened. If our defense continues down this path, I don't think it will take that long, but I also don't think anything is imminent. 

 

If it were to happen in season (which I'd be shock by), it would be an internal promotion ... and I have no idea who that would be.

Agree, Ted M would be a good replacement and mentioned this in another post yesterday.

I'd back the hiring of a guy like Brent Venables(DC/LB coach of Clemson).

I really don't like the idea of firing him during the season. I say this because I don't know how I feel about our positional coaches to help this team as the next coordinator. In this instance, I'd prefer it if we went and got a guy off the street outside the organization to be the next DC. With that said, right now it's too hard to say. I'd rather revisit it during the offseason.
