I think there's less drop off after Ramsey than Hargreaves, but I don't care either way. We've seen elite FS make average CB look good (Reed, Thomas), so I can see this argument go either way. I don't care, personally--just give me the best playmaker.

Totally how I feel. I like both of them. I don't see why people like to bash either of one of them and prefer the latter and talk up about how so-so is great. They're both great. Im with you, I want the best playmaker. Doesn't matter if its Ramsey, Hargreaves, Bosa, or Nkem, just give me the best playmaker, thats all I want.

Yeah. If we fail to address CB or FS in the first, there are plenty of guys I like. Nobody talks about Desmond King, Eric Murray, or William Jackson but they're some underrated CB I can live with. I'd love Fuller. Adams, Bell, Cash, Thompson and Byard are some tantalizing prospects at FS.

I really like Bell and Thompson as FS prospects. They get no love honestly.

Desmond kings stats have definitely caught my eye, but I can't find any 2015 tape on him. All those ints made me think move him to safety, he looked like a pretty good run defender in 2014.

I like Mills but yeah, not sure how this DV issue affects him with us and other teams. I'd rather get Bell. Have you watched him?

i havent, i have a hard time watching film on safeties so i only really look into them if their names are being forced down my throat or if i really like them lol

Just wanted to add another mid round CB to the list who I really like.

Kevin Peterson out of Oklahoma St. is someone I think who will develop really well in the NFL. Really quick footwork, nice size, scrappy but not to the point of penalties, looks to have a high football IQ and experience play inside/outside, off-man, bump and zone. Not sure of his draft position but from the small I have seen I was intrigued

Matt Miller has Von Bell as the best SS in the class.

I just don't see him as a SS. Bell actually reminds me quite a bit of Harrison Smith coming out of Notre Dame.

Yeah, Bell and Thompson are very underrated prospects around here. I'm surprised nobody talks about them. I really like them both.

Love me some Desmond King. Ideally the draft goes 1- Bosa/Ramsey 2- Coleman/Boyd/Doctson 3-King/Sanchez/Sutton

Yeah, King is an impressive guy and he has good size for the position. He has great ball skills as well. I like Iowa's program, too, so I think he could do well here. I'm not sure he goes in the 3rd. I mean, we just saw Quentin Rollins go in the second, and Kevin Johnson go in the first. I wouldn't be surprised if King pushed himself into the first round or the second round.

You need to watch Vonn Bell. Go watch Bosa games and you'll see Bell. That's a two-for-one hit.

I'm not sure why people call him a SS but I think it's because he plays SS for Ohio but he's not a prototypical SS but more of a FS. His hips and feet are great, he has strong recovery speed with great range. His instincts are still coming along but he's a good player. I like him much. He's pretty athletic.

Bell is holding me back from Ramsey a bit honestly. I love Ramsey as a prospect for this team, but man Vonn Bell looks legit, and not to mention you would pick him up in the 2nd or better yet 3rd round.

Totally agree, though I will hold back on comparisons. I honestly feel that he's underrated. He's quick, rangy, fluid and above all a playmaker. I've seen Jamal Adams and Eddie Jackson ranked higher than Bell on WalterFootball, I totally disagree with that. I think Bell is behind Ramsey but man, he's not that far off. I think he's closer to Ramsey than any CB is to Hargreaves.

I'm not sure he's that close to Ramsey. I think Ramsey is a very special talent and he's clearly ahead of Bell. I just like a lot of things about Bell but he's not the playmaker Ramsey is and I don't see the same leadership or natural instincts.

But then again, there's a reason Bell is ranked where he is and Ramsey is ranked where he is. I don't think the drop off is too great, though, and Ramsey could well be a penalty magnet in the NFL. That's my real concern with him.

Bell reminds me of Harrison Smith, honestly.

I've been watching a good bunch of Bell today and I gotta say I agree, I really like him. Not sure where the SS label comes from either. He and Tyvis Powell (who's not bad himself) mostly just play cover 2 and essentially do the same things. Anyway, Bell is very solid and smart in coverage and is a really good tackler. He's like the opposite of Elam.

I like him, Ramsey and Kearse a lot for us. I think this safety could actually be stacked, something that we haven't been able to say for awhile.

I feel like this is a secretly good safety class. I believe Ramsey is great, but I think there are qualities in Ramsey that can be found in Bell. The biggest reason why Ramsey is the superior Safety is because he can line up in the nickle. I think he carries more value than even Hargreaves. I just believe that the drop off at CB after Hargreaves is pretty big while the drop off in Safety isn't in the same volume after Ramsey. Edited by PurpleCity5

No doubt. I like Hargreaves because he can play both inside and outside. If Davis and Smith are healthy, that's a really nice group.

Not to mention we actually need a CB. He would be a great addition. My mind says we pick Ramsey but I wouls def. understand picking Hargreaves.

I don't think it would be a bad idea to rely on Will Davis. He looked really good in limited time and I think he can be a good #3. I know we need a CB but I would at least hope Jimmy resurging would help us at the very least. I think Jalen Ramsey would just be such a healer for this secondary.

DESMOND KING. Take a gander

https://youtu.be/epje3t--g3g

Love the matchup with tyler boyd too

Hey you're preaching to the converted here. I think I was the first guy to mention him. I really like him and I think he'll go in the early second or late first. I think he's one of the more underrated players.

What do you think of the Ravens trading back, picking up an additional 2016 2nd round pick in addition to the 1st round swap pick and an additional 2017 1st round pick, take Ogbah with our first pick and grab King and Boyd with our second round picks?

Not sure id want that. We need a high talent guy right now. I really think we need a game changer on defense like bosa, ramsey or hargreaves. I actually wouldnt mind us using our comp picks which we can use to trade and get back in the first for a late pick and get Leonard floyd or a left tackle if any available and maybe another corner in the second like king or kendall fuller. At this point i think we need some playmakers on defense who can force turnovers, we have nobody feared on our defense like weve had in years past with lewis, reed and suggs. We need to find our new cornerstone in my eyes
