WHERE you Draft is irrelevant. It's WHO you Draft that matters

Have some faith in Ozzie, I think he's competent enough to draft a great player if he got a really high pick. Look at his track record. Edited by Cillmatic

I'm not questioning ozzies Draft skills believe me. I'm saying that saying that we should tank is a horrible and a misinformed mindset.

No way they beat Steelers on a short week. This team is done mentally. They knew they had to win this game. That lockerroom and coaching staff is not strong enough to recover. Only 3 teams in NFL history have made playoffs after first 3 losses. Time to move on to next year folks.

I apologize, I missed that. But really, I don't hate Pees, but I think it's time for a change with our DC. Pees has been here long enough to know all the personnel and how to use them. I feel like in certain situations its on Pees to take certain people out of the play with coverage, but it seems like time and time again someone is left on 1-1 coverage with a star player in crucial situations. Maybe it's him trying to compensate the loss of players, or maybe I'm too picky and want an aggressive DC.

I think it is time for a change as well, Pees needs to go.  If Ben doesnt play Thursday and he can win that game then I think there is an opportunity for us to beat Cleveland and go on the west coast trip and win atleast one of those games.  IF we can go into our bye week at 4-4, I think we could have a decent shot at turning our season around.  Maybe if we fired Pees it would be the spark this team needs

ozzie is the one that put together this secondary and drafted Perriman.

It sounds good but honestly I see us going into the bye at 2-5, 3-4 at best. And I don't think Pees is gone during the season unless our defense gets worst, but if it does get worst or stays like this throughout, I think we seriously start considering a replacement.

no its not

there is no glory in getting the 12th pick rather than the 4th or 1st.

If Chris Hewitt isnt fired after the bye, this team is guaranteed to lose for next 5 seasons.

We had alot of great coaches.  Easily Chris Hewitt is absolutely the WORST in Ravens history.

"Make sure you're 40 yards away from the WR, just to be sure the don't call a flag on you!"

"Ignore those first down markers...they are just suggestions."

After Leftwich beat us....it doesn't really matter who they bring in. The stealers will FEAST. We may not be able to stop the run Thursday night.

I was waffling on this one because Ben is out, but you make some compelling arguments.

Plus the Ravens managed to lose to Charlie Batch and they had a much better team back then.

If Ben is seriously injured, the AFCN just went from last year's three horse race to one of the worst divisions in the NFL.

If you didn't hear Perriman aggravated is knee in pregame warmups so chances of playing vs Pitt just went down.

I never thought he stood a chance of playing that game, but now I know not to get too hopeful before the bye week.

I'll be. Shocked if Bell doesn't get 100 yards receving and 100 rushing.. and lawd Antonio Brown

There's a chance that it might not be any worse than this game. The Ravens always roll over for the Bengals, but they show up for Pittsburgh.

I think it will be worse than normal, but the defense might not have a significantly worse showing. After all, is Brown much better than Green? I don't think so, but even if he is he will have an inferior qb throwing to him. Bell is going to be ugly though. I fully expect more running due to Ben's injury so that 28 game (or whatever) record is going down.

I don't know about that. Twelve points would suggest they never got in the endzone and they are probably crossing their fingers, holding their breath, and whatever else as they await a definitive diagnosis for their quarterback. Their season might have just ended in the third week too.

They have Vick as a backup now.

Vick is still a viable QB and they have won this year.

They still won.

I was liking the idea of more of a decoy type thing for him just to open things up underneath, I dont want to see Kamar Akien as our teams deep threat

Things I don't want to see:

1. Aiken getting sent deep

2. Lewis on Brown

3. Forsett running at all

I could list other things like "the defense not sucking" but that's inevitable.

That too, what is Marty even doing? Flacco's mechanics have regressed significantly.

He looked really good last year to, which I don't get because even though its not the same qb coach he should still no better

I'll be completely shocked if he gets 100 yards rushing.  The front 7 hasn't been bad at all.  100 yards receiving is very likely but Vick isn't a check down to RB kind of guy.

A.Brown likely gets 14 catches for 180+ and maybe 3 TDs.  Especially if Jimmy keeps up this Foxworth impersonation

We win this game or its over. I predict we either win and start a winning streak that makes people forget about 0-3, or we lose and we can stick a fork in it.
