I get the feeling, and I could be wrong, but I get the feeling Trestman isn't fully on board with the Ravens Organization when I see him wearing the hat color...white. I don't care if players wear it...but Trestman being new to the team...somehow he looks like an outsider (by choice) when I see that color on him.
